@ DAZ_Rawb. In case you are still collecting DIM failures -- Parts 1 and 6 of Now-Crowd Billboards - First Responders, Police, sku 70271, fail to download in DIM. They also won't download manually.
Also, although download methods show on the product page there are no downloads available for Now-Crowd Billboards - Ancient Egyptians (sku 78240) after purchase. Not in DIM or manually from my product library

After many more tries I finally was able to download Parts 1 and 6 of Now-Crowd Billboards - First Responders, Police.
Also Now-Crowd Billboards - Ancient Egyptians finally showed up for download. However ,3 of the parts required many tries before they were successfully downloaded.

Product Library links to items in the store is not working.
When you click on an item it opens up the Oops page.
Nature Trees Pack 5 is also not in DIM. That is TWO products in less than a couple weeks that are missing. It IS in Product Library. So is the one above.
Not for me either. No download links in product library and nothing in DIM 24 hours after purchase on a non-holiday weekday.
Nobody knows about this?
I openned a ticket BUT PC+ showed cancelled after a couple of days and had the option to manual renew, had to select one of the items to get it in my cart but it worked, I am renewed
When will our missing purchases be restored to us??
I haven't seen an official progress update on this and STILL have not had the lost ownership of numerous products restored. A solid month without access to content that I have paid for and have the receipts for. I've had an active support ticket for the majority of that time, am going a week or more at times without word, and the ticket has been repeatedly marked as "solved" when I still don't have the products in my library or marked as purchased on the storefront. A single product was manually added back, but I'm still missing the rest -- and products acquired after the changeover are also disappearing from my library and reappearing in the store as items that I have not yet purchased. Support hasn't even acknowledged that week-old addition to the ticket.
I assume others are still in the same boat.
Strange. I still cannot download them.

4 packages are available in DIM
And file 3 of 4 fails to download via DIM or product library.
@Novica are you sure it is not just a case of the product having the wrong tags? Some products (incorrectly) have had ONLY the "Daz Connect Available" tag in the past. Do you have that tag checked in your Download Filters? I don't own Nature Trees Pack 5, so I can't check the tags on that one.
It's only if you click the picture the link is bad, the "View Product Page" link works fine.

Downloads from product page works now for me. DIM still fails in the same way.
Wow, installed the DazStudio Update via DIM, in the process a C++ redistributable installation was started and then my computer crashed with a kernel security check failure....
And now my DIM "Ready to Download" list is blank again (plus my DAzStudio desktop item is gone, but the -old- installed version seems to work)
This is weird. I have been running the DIM for hours at a time yesterday and today, only one failure. Literally 2,000 + products. I had a hard drive crash several months ago and I'm just now letting the DIM reinstall things.

Looks like it's been fixed, and the downloads are working (for now).
Another thing I've noticed is that the forums appear to be missing their special symbols & font formatting. Possibly points to missing or corrupt CSS code.
...hmm a couple minutes ago I received a "500 error" when clicking on this thread. Seems the store isn't the only place having issues.
Sorry to pop up with another site search engine thing, but ... well, there's another site search engine thing. Though this time, it doesn't involve that sincerely unwelcome autoforward function.
I was trying to search for the word "record" to see what recording equipment models were available. I knew I had some, but I wasn't sure what I didn't have and if I might want those for a project I have coming up.
I did a search for "record" (no quotes, of course), and it came back with 49 items, some with the word in the title -- Vintage Recording Equipment, Records Room (as in file folders, not vinyl), for example -- and some things which seemed a bit random but where the word "record" appeared in the description field in some form. So the search engine is clearly searching both title and description. Fine, no problem.
Then I clicked on the "Hide Items I Own" box to include what I owned in the search.
All 49 items vanished, and the only things that appeared were the two recording studios that I have.
I had the exact same thing happen when I searched for the word "microphone". The default "hide" search finds 16 items I do not own; unchecking "hide" finds two (2) items I do own, but doesn't show me all 18, including the 16 I do not own, at the same time.
The strange thing is, even on this new site, that's not how it was working before, and it doesn't work that way consistently.
If I search for the word "candy", for example, it first shows me the 60 items I do not own that have that word in the title or description. If I unclick the "Hide Items I Own" box, it then includes the seven items I DO own, for a total of 67 items both owned and not.
Whether the preferred option is to hide owned items or not, THAT absolutely should not be happening. It needs to behave one way or the other so that people can find what they need to find.
This has all been added to the ticket I've filed on the search engine. So, in another six weeks or so, we shall see what we shall see.
Yes, the Connect options are both checked in my Advanced Settings in DIM. And FWIW I also had the Show HIdden checkmarked to show all my products.
You search for "microphone" exactly and come up with 18 items? I can't get more than two. Both of these have "microphone" in the title, what other items are showing up for you?
Sorry about the tiny size, but that's the only way I could get them all to show up at the same time. Hope they're at least a little legible. Clicking on the image will make it at least a little larger.
This result does not include the two items that I actually own, JW HD Microphone and Singing Poses, and Guitar and Microphone with Poses for G8F.
The question is, how many, if any, of these do you already own?
(More search engine fun: I searched for the word "gamer", because I also wanted to find headphones, and I remembered that there were some gamer environments that included headphones that might not be listed as such. There are a total of 11 of these environments, all of which contain "headsets", not headphones. BUT! If you search for the word "headset", not one of those gamer environments appears in the results. The word "headset" is listed in the "What's included" part, but not elsewhere in the title or description. So the search engine does not appear to be searching "What's included". )
Absolutely wild. No I'm clearly getting dramatically different search results from you with the same search criteria (see the URL), unrelated to owning any of those items (off hand don't think I own any in your screenshot, certainly not all of them).
Weirdly, the two you own seem to be the two that actually have "Microphone" in their title, unless any of the titles that are long have "microphone" after the cut off.
I have no faith in the store software having any consistency at this point, honestly.
(BTW, as it's come up before, these two items are still the only ones I can get to show up even using other browsers where I have never signed in to DAZ3D before.)
No icons for me ... but constant 500 errors, try again in 30 seconds, have to wait 2 minutes, then the forum is up again ... eeeeks!
Now geting this trying to access the holiday sales page...
