Platinum Club resubscribe not working

My platinum club expired so I tried to renenew using the link suggested by Daz: https://www.daz3d.com/platinum-club-plus

But when you go to the page there's no way to resubscribe.  As in there's no link on that page.

Am I missing something here?

    Can somebody point out where the Platinim Club can be purchased?  Does anybody at least know that??

    I'm not sure there IS any way to renew right at this moment. frown

    I tried going thru the product library and finding my previous PC+ page, but when I try and look at it, it just hangs, trying to load. **shrug**

    Thank you  Allen Art.  I tried making a Help Ticket and got someone named Gunnar Spencer who asked me if I'd tried the link to resubscribe.   Mind you, I had just exlained in the Help Ticket that the link didn't work.  He also adivised that I go to the store and purchase it there but doing a Search brings up a OOPs page.   I totally hate these help tickets.  It's like you're talking to a wall.

    Man I miss the days of phone support.

    Actually it doesn't!

    I have these messages from DAZ:

    2020-11-21 update Flagged for cancellation on 2020-11-22 for Payment Failure
    2020-11-21 exit

    Canceled on 2020-11-22 00:00:00.235948166 +0000 UTC for Payment Failure

    But when I try your link it shows PURCHASED

    But when I go to MY Account and click the Platinum Club icon there's not coupons which means that I really don't  have a membership.

    This is CRAZY!

  • You should be able to put it in your cart, even if it shows as purchased, I think.
