You can transfer morphs by using all of following products:

... but you should be aware that transferring morphs can be a bumpy ride.
Transferring G3 to G8 is pretty foolproof. But from older generations... results may vary.
The examples listed don't, I believe, convert.
Blacksmith Pro and Texture Transformer at Renderosity do convert. I use those in preference to the alternatives a lot; I've converted V4, Genesis and G2.
There is no free product, sometimes you have to learn how to do it by yourself.
About the morph, you must own at least V4 Shape for Genesis or Genesis 2 and create the G8 morph by yourself by using Transfer Utility.
About the skin maps, Cayman Studio shared in a thread the G8 UV sets for the geografts but you must own Legacy UVs in order to be able to do a complete texture with Map Transfer.

These have been mentioned above but this is what I use and the process works quite well overall but it's not faultless. All are paid utilities but there is the clones alternative listed above if you want to reduce costs. It can seem overwhelming but it works and is easy once you've figured it out.
For V4 textures I use Texture Transformer and the appropriate addon for it. You can only go as far as G3F but as they are compatible with G8F it doesn't matter.
For V4 morphs I use Generation X2 to go from V4 to G3F, followed by XTransfer Genesis 3 To Genesis 8 to finish with.
Texture Transformer doesn't create a perfect copy, the face is changed.
Legacy UV is a perfect UV map.
Yet I have perfect faces. The face ends up wrong if you're using the wrong UV map to transfer, which is most notable with the Genesis 2 figures and all their individual UV maps.
Legacy UV has the same issue (last time I tried) and also brings in more issues when trying to use other geoshells, but whatever works for you.
