Agreed. You do not know if and who of DAZ will visit this forum, so you need to raise a ticket. What DAZ does not know, they cannot fix. If they DO fix it, or not, is another story, but you have to tell them that something is broken.
Awesome! thank you, let me confirm it myself and if it's failing for me as well hopefully this will give us what we need to work through to a solution.
Note that most likely Central won't be able to install it either. There's a glitch in the page display code (or something like that) where Central is listed as a download option even if the files are missing. And that has been happening at random in recent weeks (IIRC it started before the store switchover) — so whenever you see only Central listed, that's a marker that the files are actually not there to be downloaded. Best thing to do is to write up a ticket and post here; with luck it'll be fixed within hours.
And 9 x 1+ TB more, all downloaded without problems. But - then I wanted to try about a hundred of the smallest files, so I checked these and asked DIM to delete them. But they didn't show up on the download tab after deletion. Tried again twice deleting another hundred, still nothing on the download tab. Did a refresh, still nothing. So that problem is back again.

BTW, before starting deleting the small files I killed DIM once in Task Manager because I thought it had crashed, after I deleted a single file and it seemed to take forever to update. I wonder if that can trigger the "no files on the download tab" thing, I recall others also have had that problem after killing DIM.
Let me check that one as well, the more I can find the easier the problem will be to find hopefully.

Daz Connect failures are a different thing, if you can PM me a list of SKU's I can try reprocessing them over the weekend and see if that clears them up. Otherwise we'll have to get the production team involved.
That one is working for me, are you doing a manual download or through DIM/DazCentral?
If you are doing a manual download and it is failing like that it seems like more of a sign of a browser problem making it so the time-limited authentication header to the download server isn't being sent properly. Don't paste the link your browser is getting because the signature contains information about your account.

I have several tickets open about template files giving this error They've been open for about two months now
I'm doing a manual download with firefox and also opened a ticket one month ago but no solution so far. I was able to download 3 of 4 files from this product but not this template.
Sorry, must have read it a little too quickly, I didn't see it was a template file. That template file is failing for me as well, it's instant so it's not the same issue but it is something that I can have one of my team look into.

Sometimes removed products are listed in the Recommendations
They can be added to the cart and they are automatically removed from the cart.

This morning my DIM was working fine. I purchased several items and used DIM to download most of them and was waiting until I finished downloading to install them all at one time. I forgot something I wanted and went back to purchased. After the purchase, I started DIM and the "Ready to Install" tab is blank. That includes items from today, and some items back to 2017 . I saw in the Known Issues that "items from the 1st" were not showing up for some people, and did not think this was the same problem I was having... It was literally working one minute and not working the next.
Is this part of these know issues with the store, or am I having a seperte problem with my DIM? My ready to install is showing files correctly and my Installed tab is showing all thing things I have previously installled (943 packages). So I know my paths are correct. Ideas? I am reluctant to keep making purchases until I can get this working as I use it to keep up with what I have purchased, downloaded, and installed.
Currently I am logged in but when adding an item to wish list am getting error (must be logged in to add .....) the only way that works to add an item to wishlist is add to cart then move it to wishlist. Then the wishlist goes up by 1 as it should.
This is what I am seeing in the log. Again, Known Issue, something with my account, or something on my machine?

Account, I suspect - it's getting a garbled, or possibly just not decrypted, data file listing products owned - which I would be stored Daz-side.
Same thing with DIM for me + same log errors....
My Product Library page at daz3d.com doesn't match what I have purchased, there are a whole lot of extra items. DIM gets it right though.

As I'm sure many have already stated, there are problems with store. The first, and to me the biggest problem, it's not always clear what exactly must be done. And second, even if you figure it out, the discout does not apply correctly.
So today, I put three of the flashback items in my court. My thinking is there should be a 70% discount with three items. But I'm not completely sure I read it right in the first place. Anyway, the items were not 70% off. Then, I apply the PC code (GREAT-DEALS**) for additional 20%, and of course I get the reply "invalid code".
The main problem is, I'm not even sure if I followed the steps correctly to get the discount in the first place.
That's not necessarily a 'store' problem, if by store you mean the technical side. That's bad/unclear text writing. Which, alas, can't be solved by fixing software bugs.
There don't appear to be any requirements to satisfy to get the discounts on the "flash back" items. I'm getting the same lack of discount for them as well. Day before yesterday, dynamic-deals wasn't working for me, despite two new items and one of five allowed discounted items.
I had expected that after the "pardon our dust" sale, store discount errors wouls be in the rearview mirror. It feels petty to me to open a support ticket for the few dollars saved on some of these items, but I've spent thousands on content over the past year or so, and it galls to have to beg for what has been offered freely.
