  • So, if resolving tickets do take longer, will the 30 days returm policy extended? Otherwise, I will return each and every item having issues before the 30 days deadline hits me.

I would expect that it's the date the ticket was opened that matters, not the day it was processed.

I still can't use the "Hide Items I Own" and "Only Show PC+" filters, when I search for anything? They only work on the main shop page.

Searched for "house" and nothing happens when I click the filters, so I can't see what I own. Search results count is wrong too. Says 175 but only 75 are there.

Chrome on Android and PC (Win10)

Try changing items per page to 60 or 120.

Just saw barbult's post on this, and thanks!

I have to select "Desktop Site" on the page if I want this to work on my phone, otherwise I get the result you are seeing.

That's my policy from now on, unless I can fix it myself.

Talyn and Taron for Genesis 8 Female and Male. Not downloading after several attempts spread throughout the day. Failed at different stages each time of trying, 13 other items downloaded no problem.

I don't get it. I've just managed to purchase three items from the store. The order was for less than $5. :s

Ive returned items well after the 30 period because they were broken and there was no movement from daz qa(lol) on the issue. Return what you need and list the your original ticket number concerning the item.

...actually the sale was proceding just fine until the store/site update rollout.

You mean the way every single day there were numerous things not working and Jack and the web guys were spending all day fixing things?  How quickly we forget.

This store wasn't that bad before the changeover. Yes, sometimes there were some foul ups that really put me wrong, but generally 1hr to 2hrs after changeover the site would settle down & I could do my business.

If this site worked half as bad as you say I would have written it off years ago!

...OK another new issue.  Tried to check out and I got the following messages:

    First:

    Not enough USD

When I cleared my card information and entered it again I received the following:

There was a problem processing your credit card.

I immediately checked my bank balance afterwards and I have more than sufficient funds to cover the transaction.   There have also been no unauthorised transactions, nor has my account/card been frozen.  LIkely this is yet another glitch caused by the store update as a purchase I made just last night went through without a hitch along with a utility bill auto pay earlier in the day.

Attached are screen shots of the cart and checkout page. I do not want to lose these prices or items when the day changes over.

    ETA:

When I looked the cart just a few moments ago, indeed, the prices had changed as the "New Release" I have in the the cart no longer qualifies as a "Debut New Release" so the extra bonus discount.no longer applies.

I don't think anyone's forgotten, some of us are longing for those good old days at this point. This store is MUCH worse.  When people had problems, we at least had the same ones!  I can't keep up with who has what problem, and what problems are consistent throughout the forum users.

We're going through "This has been fixed" but I'm curious- what is actually BETTER for us at this point in store functionality? (And that's not a sarcastic question.)  The Product Library page descriptions are back, but that shouldn't have been obliterated with all pertinent information removed to begin with!  So getting that "back" isn't a kudos for this new store system. We've still got sale problems out the ying-yang, so what has changed? (again, no sarcasm. We could use some good news...)

I agree. Aside from some very superficial changes, I cant really tell whats different other than the fact that the store is completely broken.

My Product Library page is still fubar with files out of order, template files that won't download, and purchased items still missing

...I just noticed a new field I never saw before titled "nickname" which has a "*" by it which usually means something needs to be entered there.  I never, ever had a "nickname" associated with my bank account.  I entered my forum name and that didn't work, then just typed in "n/a" still get the same error message so I have no idea what iscuasing this other than again something getting borked by the upgrade.  Really infurating as this is my one favourite sale of the year as it actually works with my budget.

With my monthly PC membership on active, payment from store credit on automatic, enough money in my store credit, I just got kicked out of the Platinum Club. On the final day of the PC sale (Luckily I already got all I wanted and wasn't planning on buying anything today, or I would be really in a rage.)

    What's going on here....?

I THINK (wild guess from my side, I may be completely wrong here), the store backend needs that nickname to save a credit card profile. I have seen this in a couple of stores where you can save several cards.

I have avoided complaining about store problems up until now.  But my entire store credit just disappeared with a note of a manual adjustment having been made. I am filing a ticket, but I fear I will lose today's sales items after spending much time putting a cart together. Here is what it looks like:

Looks like they are working on the Store Credit presentation. The amounts were all backwards (in time, before the Change) the last time I checked, and now several manual adjustments were made to account credits, one per gift card. The deductions are all in place, so now the balance values are correct all the way through. Maybe they aren't done with yours, yet. Something is definitely different, recently.

Anyone know why there are Tonemapper Options and Environment Options in my Scene pane?

These are part of the adjustments to working in Iray or Filament with the new DS 4.14. I cannot explain it exactly yet myself as I have barely explored the new update, so I guess you can read the forum comments on 4.14.

I've been having problems downloading from my Product Library, a never-ending series of Download Failed. I was blaming it on my flaky mobile data till this evening where I'm using my sister's rock solid broadband and it's just the same. I don't use anything but manual downloads from the library and I would appreciate being able to download my purchases please.

Edit: just like taking a car to the garage and the squeak stops, coming on here and having a grizzle and things are now downloading. For whatever reason it's suddenly decided to work, I'm happy.

...I've never needed to give one before as I only have one card number, and again my card worked just fine Friday evening.  I unticked the box to save amy card and that field diappeared, but still getting the error.  No good filing a support ticket as it is a weekend and the sale will be over Monday so I guess I lose out on the final catchup sale.

Not pleased at all, as this is the one sale of the year I like as I'm on a tight budget.

Apart from my monthly PC membership not automatically renewing, and having been kicked out of the PC as a result, he Quarterly PC membership seems to have disappeared completely from the store. Are these two issues connected in any way?

...just did an experiment and made an electronic payment for a bill that's not due for another week using my card and it went though just fine. I received the payment confirmation email and the payment is reflected on my statement on the bank's site.

So it's definitely not my card or bank account.  Something is definitely scrozzed here on Daz's end.

I looked at the payment method in my profile and it was completely wiped out, so I manually entered everything in again but still getting the error.  Is this "nickname" field something that's just been added as like I mentioned I've never had to give one before?

That's to make selection of which card to use easier if you have multiples on file and AFAICR it's always been there. I had a monster card for years, then my bank sent me a weasel card. This year I got a new weasel card. No, I've never had two cards defined here.

    It's still there: https://www.daz3d.com/platinum-club-quarterly

It shows as "purchased" now if you bought it once, like gift cards, so you have to uncheck "hide items I own" to see it in search results

This might be another of those "the store thinks you own it". If you search for platinum club and then uncheck "Hide Items I Own" you might be able to see it.

    The link is https://www.daz3d.com/platinum-club-quarterly

Please discuss this in the DS thread, not the store thread.

    Yeah.

The store actually thinks I still own it.

But the PC club does not agree, and thinks I'm not a member anymore.

Great; store software disagreeing with itself.

    Anyway, sent a ticket already.

And will probably miss next week's offers waiting for a reply. (Mostly the freebies; the PC sale left me pretty much broke for the rest of the month. No funds left for a new Quarterly.)
