There is a Clear cart buton, if you have added other stuff open it in a new tab first, then go through refreshing the tabs (if they say In Cart) and add back to your cart.
Are gift cards working. I got a code, but nothing happened to my balance.
I just got a gift card as well, but it redeemed just fine
Store seems to be slow, store credit status could be a bit delayed. Otherwise, try to click the "Redeem gift card" button in the email.
That offer is no longer current, as far as I can see. It did break at the end of the day so open a support ticket - it would have been best to do this before the store chnage over, but given the issues they may still be able to help.

anyone else having problems applying this month's platinum club coupon codes?
Are you copy-pasting them from your account and then getting invalid coupon code messages on carts where they should be valid, by any chance? If so, make sure you aren't accidentally copying and pasting a leading or trailing space along with the code, because DAZ's website now reads those rather than ignoring them and will kick the code back as invalid.
Not that that's the only thing that's been screwy with them, but it was the cause of quite a few errors for me until I realized that I was copying a trailing space and the site was interpreting it as part of the coupon code.
Just used the PlatClub one without issue.
The Modern House 2 Bundle is not discounting properly, the Bundle price is much higher than if you buy the parts separately,.

It's working but it doesn't work the way it did, or on the first try, but after three failed tries, by copying and pasting the code from the email hitting redeem and clicking store credit icon because for me check balance did nothing.
No problem! I did that a whoooooole lot, ngl, and probably will continue to do because I'm impatient and don't pay close attention.
If they'd just fix the site reading that thing, I really feel like the amount of trouble people are having with the codes would drop drastically.
I've asked, but there's no benefit to buying the bundle so if the parts are cheaper do that.

One thing about the PC Megapacks and PC Anniversary bundles..... I have almost all of them.
Do you think there could be some difference next year, a greater selection in some areas, or even new items introduced that day for that kind of category.

Hi Cris! Any word yet about whether the final day was supposed to include ALL the DEBs released during the PC+ sales event or not in the STILL NEW ctategory like usual when sales end? (They still aren't all showing or discounting as if that were the case.)
Having issues downloading IBL Skies: Thunderheads there are 7 zips and they keep timing out or failing the last one threw up a "internal error" window
You probably already tried this, but just in case... Assuming that you're using DIM, I'll mention that when I had lots of products to download, most did but the big HDRI sets kept failing for me, time after time. Shutting DIM down completely and then restarting, and immediately setting the number of downloads active at at time to 1, and THEN trying again to download them did the trick for me. Good luck!

You're probably right about it being the weekend and no one working, so I guess it is what it is, since the promo says it the "end." (as if the sales ever really stop at daz! : ) At any rate, THANK YOU for trying to find out, Cris.

Just curious. Does the Friends of the Sale 50% discount ever work for anyone? No matter what I put in the cart from there, the price shown on the sales page is never reduced in the cart. I am a PC+ member, and the other PC+ discounts in other parts of the sale work. Neither DO or other items from the FOTS reduce for me. None of the items whatsoever.
I looked at the FRIENDS of the SALE part of page, and picked a PA (Mely3d) and opened that PA's store in a new tab and the products were already showing the base discount; when I added Mely3d's "FISHING BOAT" product to my cart, it did drop price slightly, going from 8.98 to 8.08 which is 10% extra like the promo said for PC+members. So for me and that product (and a couple others I randomly tried), it did seem to work. AFAIK, there's no particular triggers for YOU to get that extra 10% other than being PC+ Member. Maybe try logging out of store and log back in and see if the extra little discount happens then as it should.
That said, it sure doesn't seem like a thrilling way to end the PC+ sales event, since fairly frequently --even when we aren't in the PC+ sale event -- the PA/FOTS catalogs offer the same discount; I was sort of surprised that for the END of PC+ Sale they aren't adding an extra bump to the FOTS category items if you have 2 DEBbies in the cart, for example, or bumping FOTS to 15% extra for PC+ members instead of the weak-tea 10%. Between that and not bringing back all the New Releases from the entire PC+ sale event for the end, I'm not exactly thrilled--other than being super happy it is finally going to be OVER!
