    @AllenArt Laurie, I think I found a clue. I always have Items per Page set to All, If I change it to 60, the Hide Items I Own starts to work. If I set it back to All, Hide Items I Own fails again.

    @AllenArt Laurie, I think I found a clue. I always have Items per Page set to All, If I change it to 60, the Hide Items I Own starts to work. If I set it back to All, Hide Items I Own fails again. 

    Is that the problem? Because it wasn't working for me either, and I usually have Items per page set to "all" as well. I'll have to try changing this.

    Good catch!

    I've shut down the desktop for the night but can confirm that this happens in the 64-bit versions of both Chrome and Firefox on a Mac. So long as the Items per Page is set to either 60 or 120, the checkbox works. Setting things to All again breaks it.

    Yes, that is the solution.
    Still, it needs fixing on the store front.

    I just did a store search for "centaur". The results show there are "37 items" not 37 of 89 items. When I click on the "Hide Items I Own" checkbox to disable it, the page updates and I'm shown "89 items". Enabling the option goes back to showing 37 items.

    I also have Daz Deals installed, updated recently. Neither option added by Daz Deals, to show only what I own or only what is in my wishlist, is working with the search results.

    This is with Firefox 82.0.3 64-bit.

    I do have a knack for finding problems. laugh I already spend way too much of my time reporting errors in Daz software and content. There is not much return on the investment of that time.

  • So, I have 3 new items, Kelya Good Girl Hair, iV 30 Must Have Poses and Instancify along with a bunch of other stuff. The pose set is still only 30% off and I'm not getting the 20% discount on my cart.

    Once again I am infuriated at customer support for marking help requests as "Solved" and closing them without any verification from the user that the reported problem had been solved. I reported 3 specific issues related my product ownership as shown by the Daz Store. NONE of those issues was fixed, and yet Customer Service closed the request and marked it "Solved". I guess that kind of action improves their performance metrics, but it doesn't help customers. no

    During nearly fifty years of employment, I've always had to meet all kinds of performance targets. If I had ever performed as badly as Daz3D, I would have been fired from those jobs, and that's everything from constuction, telecoms (including Apollo 14 to 17 moon communications in the 70's) to healthcare, sales and even bank management.

    Who takes responsibility at Daz3D for all these endless, worsening, failures?

    Just for context, here's the list of store issues from April 2013, 11 months after the Magento site went live.  I'm not excusing the problems from this new store, just noting that Magento was way worse and my estimate would be that the proportion of the major issues they've fixed in 12 days took months back then.

    Operational issue:
    1) Shopping cart display default option to open as a page and not a drop down
    2) "You already purchase this item warning" not active (Might need a special Script, Most stores don't check for this)
    3) "You are buying an item in your wishlist" (Okay this is a New Feature that was not in the old site, but I did suggest it.)
    4) Correct Item classification - I was in the People/woman while I did find models Mods, I also found Hair, Hair textures, clothes.
    One of the more interesting, I found several previous generation models under Genesis shapes, like V3 Base.
    5) Items appear multiple times in the displayed list of items.
    -- -- Haven not seen this is a while, so I may be fixed
    6) Vendor Stores, and Links from their other products.
    -- -- ** Known Issue --"The shop by vendor is being worked on."
    7) Sale termination date - The sale on this product ends on
    -- -- ** Known Issue
    8) No file sizes for products listed on both the product pages and download pages
    9) Ability to see add-ons to a product ( Thank you a_silberman)
    -- -- I have seen add-on's for new product come up in the 'You may also like' (Which just seemed to vanish with the latest Reboot) 5/31
    10) Ability to view Wiki or Read Me file about the product - from (digitell
    -- the Old Art Zone Wiki is still reachable and you can lookup the product.

    11) Unstable Prices, system seems to forget the pricing on objects.
    12) Items showing up multiple times with multiple Prices
    -- This might be fixed between the time I saw it and when I went back to Double check.
    13) Could we please have the "You may also like" under the Description or over the the right side? (i know minor)

    Searching or Sorting:
    1) Search Within - to narrow down the thousand of things that are for Victoria 4
    -- -- If you want to find only V5 items, Type: "Victoria 5" with the quotes. Search is not looking for exact parse.

    -- Well it worked earlier today when found it, but now it isn't working again.
    2) On Sale Only - That was a nice little search

    3) SORTING - Any where you have things in columns we should be able to sort by the column headings.

    4) Search within -- (** The web group is aware.)
    Itemized Order History

    5) Sort by price range -- you can sort by price, so we are talking about a price range

    6) Hiding Mac / PC items during product download. **Known issue
    7) Searching for anything is faster if you use Google or Bing, You will find what you want faster that way of you know something about it.

    You were here for the last site "upgrade" weren't you? Like this, that was a disaster. At least THIS time the site didn't crash & burn (yet).

    The other site had problems, but at least it worked! 1 1/2 to 2 hrs After changeover, the last site was up & running. This new site seems to have problems linger all day, with a few new ones cropping up at various points in the day.

    Lucky I'm not the boss there because I'd chew someone out, then pull the plug on this disaster and go back to the last site!

    I think a week is long enough to determine this experiment is a failure.

    Filters are still broken, and the cart isn't giving a discount on buying 2+ debut or still new items.

    I'm just picking up my $1.99 items and calling it a night.

    I am trying to search the store for IG Iray Essentials for several of the Genesis 2 series, I own almost all of them and they will not come up in the store search - is this a known problem with the search or have these products been removed from the store?  They are created by IDG Designs and InaneGlory

    The link in the Product Library has the text "halloween fun bundle" after customer/file/prod instead of the product number.

    Try going to your account/ recent orders and view the order, click on the product link there and it may take you to that item it your product library with a manual download link.  That is what I did in order to download Carra for G8F, it was showing iin my list of items in product library but absolutely nothing happened when I clicked on it.

    No from the order it goes nowhere as shown in the image. It used to, then stopped working that way. Presumably something was fixed and broke something else.

    Update: well I had specifically tried that the other day and it did not work. However today it did! So at least somehow it's possible. However combing through a kazillion orders to find a product is not a fun hobby ;-)

     

    I am happy it worked for you this time, I discovered it by accident but yes it is ridiculous to have to jump through allt these hoops to get your purchases.  Hoping they get this all  working properly very soon

    It's working now [as of Friday] :-) They did some more work on the site's pages to fix these issues. Thank you Daz3D.

    @Kharma, The bulk of those were given away as Christmas/Holiday freebies in 2015. As with all PA freebies from the holidays, they are no longer in the store.

    What L'Adair said; however if you missed a couple they're now available over on IG's deviantART (still for free). But they won't turn up on the site apart from in your library, I assume.

    Yes, nothing happens when you input the code but this is normal - check your Store Credit page and you will probably see that the amount has been added (the data is still a bit messed up but "Your current balance" on top should be correct).

    My balance still shows as $0.00

    Have you checked for leading/trailing spaces when you enter the code?  Does the input field go empty when you click "Redeem code"?

    Yes, I've tried both cutting and pasting and entering it manually. And yes, the input field goes empty after I click "Redeem code".

    Is the code you can find on the order for the gift card in your account the same as the one in the email?

    Yes, it's the same code

    OK.  Not sure what the problem can be then - I've purchased four gift cards myself during the last week and all worked fine.  I guess only costumer service can fix it then.

     

    I figured it out and feel stupid now. Before the update, you could click on the order # and it would take you to the site so you could redeem the code. Now, the code is not clickable, but there is a button below it that says "Redeem gift card". I didn't even read the e-mail, just automatically clicked on the order #. So, problem solved - user error blush

    OK.  Still strange though that it didn't work when you entered the code manually, I did that with all mine.

Also, the text for the links at the top has devolved to Times New Roman, as well as those in the footer of the page. It might get fixed soon, but if it persists, this might also be a problem...

    Yes, it's been like that for me since the beginning of the switchover. It looks suspiciously like a failed stylesheet load — IIRC the "icons" aren't actually individual graphics, they're characters in a symbol/dingbat font, so what we're seeing is the equivalent character in Times New Roman.

    @L'Adair thank you so much, I thought it was strange non of them were showing.  I download everything with DIM to the same folder so couldn't differentiate that these were freebies.
