Have you checked for leading/trailing spaces when you enter the code? Does the input field go empty when you click "Redeem code"?
Yes, I've tried both cutting and pasting and entering it manually. And yes, the input field goes empty after I click "Redeem code".
Is the code you can find on the order for the gift card in your account the same as the one in the email?
I keep a link bookmarked that goes straight to "My activities" page. (If you are logged in to the forums, the help desk should log you in automatically.) Try this link and let us know what happens.

If it works for you as it works for me, there will be button to "Submit A Request" at the top right of the page. Click on that and you should be able to fill out and file a trouble ticket.
I don't know - I'll have to check
Yes, it's the same code
OK. Not sure what the problem can be then - I've purchased four gift cards myself during the last week and all worked fine. I guess only costumer service can fix it then.
I figured it out and feel stupid now. Before the update, you could click on the order # and it would take you to the site so you could redeem the code. Now, the code is not clickable, but there is a button below it that says "Redeem gift card". I didn't even read the e-mail, just automatically clicked on the order #. So, problem solved - user error

Not working. Get this every time:
Have you checked that your address looks right?
Hmmm... I was wondering why I can't buy anything!
OK. Still strange though that it didn't work when you entered the code manually, I did that with all mine.
Not sure if that was already reported.
However, searching for an asset in the store you already purchased is not showing it up anymore. Search results will not show them.
You either need to cumbersomely search for the asset in your product library and visit the asset page from there or need to bother with a google search.
It's annoying that we now have to for search results, before the change I remember it just showing everything by default, but if you uncheck the "Hide Items I Own" box then products you own should also turn up. Or at least, they have for me.
I tried that, as it was one of my first thoughts. But, at least for me, it is not working.
Which browser is that?
Well, bugger. What browser are you using? I have had such wildly different responses from the site depending on whether I'm looking at it with Chrome or Firefox, and whether I'm on my Mac laptop or my Windows desktop. Currently I'm on the desktop with the most recent versions of both browsers and the following are happening:
Firefox (82.0.3): Items that I own are hidden by default in search results, but unchecking the box shows them.
Chrome (86.0.4240.198): Items that I own show up in search results whether or not the box is checked.
If I go to the Mac versions of both browsers, something different often happens.
THIS at least is working for me, at least on Chrome it is.

@Richard Haseltine: I am on Firefox (82.0.3 (64-Bit)). And before someone suggests it, the changing of the browser is no valid option.
I will add also that Brave (1.16.76) on my Windows system is behaving in the same way that Firefox does, with owned items being hidden behind the checkbox by default in search results but showing up when the box is unchecked.
Manual Downloads are failing.
It works for me on 82.0.3 32 bit. Maybe it's because yours is 64bit? Are you using a custom version of FF? I'm grasping...lol
Edit: Just checked...works on 64bit FF here as well.

Not really. Just a few addons, but nothing which would interfere with the store search.
I'm using Firefox, and the Hide irems I known toggle works, so that's not it. Try restartign Firefox without plug-ins (Help>Restart with Add-Ons Disabled) and see if it works then.
Welp... I hate to pile on the concerns but none of my tickets have gone through from the looks of it. Its been over ten days of being unable to shop from this site. Missing out on some nifty sales and that really stings!
I hope this gets resolved soon. :0
Already, did that.
Issue is NOT on my side. That's for sure.
After a store search, the Hide Items I Own box does nothing for me in either Chrome or Firefox. I tried two different computers. Products I own are always hidden in store search results for me.
Fubar store issue, as I said from the beginning.
