I think I saw it mentioned early this week but I'm having strange issues with my owned products.

I have 9 items that I bought together that are not showing up in my product library and don't show as purchased so they keep showing up in the store as something I can buy. The purchase is listed in my orders page but the order status is set as "Unknown" status. If I try searching for what I bought, nothing comes up, so the only way to access my files is from the order link and I hope that I don't accidentally buy the same items twice.

After a fatal crash of Daz Studio, the link in the crash report (https://www.daz3d.com/dsportal/bugs) goes to an OOPS page.

I don't see this written anywhere, but I miss this feature...

On a product page for any item that required another item to function, there used to be a slot that said "required" or something of the kind. It would list the item & tell you if you owned that other product. You could click on it & you'd go to that product page.

I don't know if it's a site "problem" or an oversight.

I DO know that feature was incredibly helpful & very much wish this would be fixed.

I see the Required Products between Artist and Compatible Figures, always did, but I do recall some users saying it was intermittent.

It was in the old store because of some bug.  I still see it on many pages so it hasn't been removed/disabled, but if it's missing on relevant pages it may still be broken.

Can someone confirm for me that their DIM also isn't showing any new downloads? So I know if it's on DAZ's end or mine :)
All my projects are stalled now.

  • I'll make this simple. I have a cart with over $4K items in it. Right now thanks to the sale prices and my PC Membership, I can get them all forn $970. I have $975 in store credit. But when I click on my cart icon, I get the d--- Gecko. Everything else works. I can shop. I can visit my account. I hope DAZ gets this worked out BEFORE the sale is over, so that I can take advantage of it with my store credit. But if they don't .  . . well,as many people as possible need to be made aware that DAZ is not delivering on its advertising, and is  "conveniently" having store issues right when their customers can save a lot of money. Don't get me wrong -- I adore DAZ Productions and DAZ Studio in particular -- I own over 5400 pieces of content that I bought from this store. But if this issue isn't worked out within banker's hours today, I will have a big problem with them.

Other people have reported DIM problems, but it doesn't seem to affect everyone nor does it happen all the time.

Yes, there are pages where it is missing, at least for me. I don't know if it's a display bug or missing data.

Have you tried using another browser?  Do you get the same error?

Last time I tried a few days ago I had the same problem as you. I mentioned it in this thread and I think I got one response that someone had this issue, but it went away after a while? I'll try again this weekend.

    Ditto...

2.30pm now in Phoenix and cart is still- oops, chameleon- can someone at Daz please note if this will be fixed today?

It has been 10 days ( filed Nov. 2) since I filed a ticket about being unable to pay using my debit card- even though it works fine to pay through Amazon. I've had responses from daz but none of their suggestions have worked... but now I can't even pay with Amazon, since I can no longer access my cart.

So you get an error when going to the cart? Or you can get there, but not checkout?

If it's when accessing the cart, does it do the same when you're logged out? Have you tried with another browser?

What URL are you hitting when you click on the cart and get the Ooops chameleon? That oops chameleon is for 404 errors, meaning page not found. The cart, which is at https://www.daz3d.com/checkout/cart should never generate that sort of error. So it could be that from where you're clicking from it isn't generating the URL properly, or potentially a browser plugin that modifies links that could be messing with it. If you go to the aforementioned URL directly, do you get the chameleon?

  • For me it feel like Daz is not as concerned as they should be about the many bugs that still remains with the store change, so many bugs still remains, I have a week long ticket that isn't resolved (see my post about it above), and now seams like a good time for them to release the new Daz 4.14. It will prabably be bugs with that as well, and now the I guess overworked help ticket workers are going to have to deal with the new daz bugs also. This sends the message to me at least that they aren't so concerned as the should be about the store bugs. But I could be wrong, mabye there won't be so much problems with the new Daz version. I hope so, I won't be using it, but I want all Daz staff working on making the store a safe and pleasant place to shop again.

To be fair, the staff working on DAZ Studio are probably a completely separate team from the staff working on the website, with little to no real overlap in duties. Throwing the DAZ Studio development team at the website bugs probably isn't going to be anywhere near an optimal solution, quite likely to the point that attempting to do so would actually slow down the efforts to fix the website by the dedicated team.

That said, it might have been a wise idea to hold off on release to avoid the whole, "oh, look, they decided it was good to release an update to something else when the last update is still being settled in."

You have a point there, if it is completely separate teams as in the development people can't solve the website bugs then it is an other matter. BUT if the helpticket peole working on the website bugs are going to have to solve the daz studio bugs also then I still think it is wrong. The need to do everything they can to solve this, and I think it's not the right time to release a new version in the middle of this caos in any case. It still feels to me like they don't care as much as they should, sorry. They should hire more website helpticket workers to speed things up, but perhaps they have done that.

I used to get an error ( for the past 10 days) when trying to pay-so was able to get all the way to the payment screen. Today I can not even open/click on the cart to get to the next step. It just goes to an oops page.

yes, have logged and changed browser...yes, have done a ticket

I do not use any add ons. I am right on the normal Daz sales page. I click on an item and add it to my cart. i click on the cart shaped icon in the top right corner ( same as I have done for years) and it goes to oops page with the chameleon.

I have some good news finally! laugh I got 6 of my 8 missing order confirmation emails yesterday, one of the ones I didn't get was the order confirmation and giftcard code emails and for one more order, but I got six of them, I have never been so happy to get email in my life smiley. I thought I wait to post the good news until I had time to make a new order and see if I got that and it arrieved at once laugh. I was even more happy for that mail as I know that it works for new orders, quickly as before. I still don't know if I will get giftcard code emails and order confirmations about that, but I probably will. I still haven't got a reply from my last reply to my ticket, but that is ok of course as they seems to have solved it. I'll write a reply to the ticket about it asking them to consider it solved/closed, if I miss more emails I will write a new ticket smiley. Thought I write some good news for a change, and if others are still having missing emails they know that help is on it's way smiley

Edit: I managed to download the whole order with no problems in DIM, but the store credit is still buggy, it's the correct balance, but the numbers below that is wrong, only the final balance is correct (and I am very glad that it isn't the other way around lol). And I see white boxes instead of some symbols/pictures here at the forums.

My products show up in DIM even though I still get the failed downloads a little too frequently.

Can you go in to your "My Account" page and see if you have any difficulties loading and editing your addresses or billing profiles?

Not sure if this is a store issue but:

I am trying to change my email address on my account since my current one will stop working soon.

When I try to change it it says "* new email address waiting for confirmation" but I never recieve any conformation email. Since the store uppgrade I have not recieved any order confirmations, maybe that is connected to the issue.

  • I'm having a persistent problem with failed downloads on larger files, both through DIM and manual

downloading. I've been trying for the last three days to download an item I purchased, and today I

have that problem with an item I just purchased. I have not been having any internet connection

    issues.

  • It's not an internet issue, helgi66 ... it's a function of Daz not getting anything right on this store restructuring.  Frustrating as hell!

  • They also can't seem to get the product library links working correctly.  I have two products I haven't been able to download because of non-existent links.  Too bad they can't revert the store back .. just really poor execution.angry

Not only has the store software changed, but the business name is now changing from DAZ3D to OOPS!, at least going by all the pages that feature that name so prominently.

Has any one noticed that discounts in their wishlist appear one day, are gone the next, then re-appear?

  • Give up AGAIN for today.

At least Daz fixed something regarding the Interactive License, although I question the priority. =)

Hi, it's 3AM+ my time again and second day of 20% discount for PA Interactive License not working.

I sound like a broken record... but buying 100 Interactive License will save me $200 and that's something to sound like a broken record about, IMHO.

I'll call it quits for today, again and no PA items for me again. I think it'd be a bigger matter for the PAs than me missing a deal.

    Edit: Attachment added for reference

...the new store rollout should have waited until next week, between this and the December Holiday sale  This has been going on for a about week and a half now and it's affacted a significant number of community menbers.
