    No link to the add-ons in the product page

    No add-on recommended when the item is added to the shopping cart

    This product is in no category, same issue for Augmentation Outfit Textures

    The DAZ Connect Offline package link for Honni 8 is still bringing me to an error page saying "not found".

     

    The additional files for other formats for the Zweihander https://www.daz3d.com/zweihanders give me a "Auth invalid" message.

    DIM and Daz Connect are missing for these products, only Manual Download is available in the Product Library

    So I got a discount for the Millawa 8 Cyber Mission bundle (20% off for buying lots of Pro Bundles) and I got a discount for the Millawa 8 Cryomancer bundle (10% off for owning part of it).

    Both were in my mailbox. However, after I closed each orange banner, the offers themselves vanished from my mailbox.

    I'm not sure if the bug here is that the discounts vanished because I deleted the banners or the discounts simply vanished from my mailbox coincidentally at the same time.

    Which is weird as I loaded both through Connect this morning.

  • Manual download is suuuuper-broken for me for some products this week.  Not all, but some of the new releases either don't have files listed (and yes, I checked that it can be downloaded manually on the product's page before I purchased).  And some of the new release also do this fun thing where if you click on the name of the product in the product history, it doesn't actually load the product's history page to be able to download.  The ones I've spotted so far are:

    I opened up a ticket Zhao to report the lack of files and was told to be patient; they're doing a backend migration.  The Oikos files are there, I just had to go to the order history and click Manual Download there to get to its product history page to download.

    Yesterday, I spent all day alternating between refreshing my window and clearing my cache to download all the files from my orders; I'd get about 1 in 3 per round of downloading each time.  It finally cleared up early evening and I was able to download all the ones random chance hadn't let me grab yet, but in case anyone else runs into it...

    In MS Edge, I never see PC+ prices on anything on any page (yes, cleared cookies and site data), just the 30% for new products, no DO discounts, no "Friends of the Sale" discounts, no PC+ For a Day @ $1.99, but prices are correct in the cart.

    In Firefox, I can see the correct PC+ prices (even after logging out, maybe the cookie isn't being updated, must be deleted to clear status),  New -30%, DO -45%, PC+ for a Day items show $1.99 in the carousel and on the "View All Items" page, but none of the "Friends of the Sale" 50% + 10% discounts. Prices are correct in the cart.

    I just put it in my Wishlist, and when I opened my wishlist, it was there, at the top, (sorted by New Arrivals.)

    However, like you, I was unable to find it via a search, (leather jacket, hnc) and it isn't listed on either the first two pages, (at 120 per,) or the last two pages of the main Shop listings.

    I don't know if this is the issue you're having or not, however…

    I have seen links from various places, inlcuding the Product Library itself, still using the old URL format. If you click on a product in the list, allowing it to open in the same page, you get the expected page. If you open that link in a new window/tab, you get a generated link with the old format.

    If you replace "/Prod/" with "#prod_" in any ill-formed URL, the correct page should appear. That has been my experience, anyway, for any URL I've tried.

    Obviously, Daz needs to change the code that generates URLs on the fly in some places. It may be just the Product Library, (which I just refreshed to make sure it hasn't been fixed yet,) but it could also be on the Confirmation page, Confirmation email, (for those who get one!) etc. There may be others.

    I have verified the URLs are the new format on the Order pages, including for orders placed prior to the migration.

    I'm sure Daz will get this fixed throughout the site. I guess it all depends on how big the other fires are as to where this falls in the order of things to fix.

    I decided to manually install files through DIM by dropping them in the Downloads folder.

    They show up in the 'Ready to Install' and appear to install when I start the queue. However, after they install, I can click on the 'Refresh' button in DIM and they reappear in the 'Ready to Install' pane and disappear from the 'Installed' pane.

    So, yeah... I'm still waiting for a fix.

    Weird Store Credit history

    • Order before update : Negative value, add store credits
    • Order after update : Positive value, remove store credits
    • Gift card : Positive value, remove store credits

    The initial $0 is replaced by $1163.02 (balance before update + orders/GC after store update)

    These gigantic thumbnails in DIM are getting really annoying. If I just move my cursor over the DIM window, a huge image (product thumbnail) pops up, covering the entire DIM window and most of my whole monitor. Some of these "thumbnails" are bigger than my whole monitor and there is no means to even scroll them to see top of the image with the important text information. Seeing that text information is important, and often the whole reason I wanted to pop up that thumbnail display in the first place. Please make a thumbnail a THUMBNAIL again.

    It works after i left the rest of my Store Credit out of the order.

    It's a thumbnail for 8K UHD (7680 × 4320) screen 

    I appreciate to see the detail level of the products that I never notice in the shop before this update because the promo images are too small.

    Maybe this size should be available when the magnifier is used in the product page.

  • I've been told giftcards should be usable now..

    Support told me to go look at the order in my account and that I would be able to get the gift card code from there ... sadly, of all the orders I've done in the last little while ... it's the ONLY order that generates an error when I try to view the details.

    It was done just moments before the site went offline for the upgrade/overhaul ... so that ticket remains open (and I'm still locked out of $200 in store credit that I would have liked to be using by now. crying)

     

  • Unfortunately I still cannot buy anything from the store (processing error), despite nothing being wrong with my credit card.  I tried with different items  today, same result with each one.  I did get an email this morning saying they are working on my Platinum Club issue though.  So there's that.

    yeah. My DIM finally able to log in --- I see the large thumbnails, but I can us my bulk resizer to reduce the oversized images to the same size as the others ... so an irritant, but not a show stopper.

    The emails were changed to send through the same system as the daily newsletters, so that all of the store emails would come from the same source, the old system we had of sending directly from the servers was ending up in a lot of people's spam folders.
