Foxhole Props https://www.daz3d.com/foxhole-props is not anywhere on the PC Sales page. Couldn't find it on the main page either. I only found it by seeing the link in a forum post. Shows correctly as $0.00 in cart but checkout still wants a payment method. Not checking out and risking a wrong charge I can't afford. (Even at the best and slowest of times Daz CS takes longer to process card refunds than a store credit & then my card.issuer puts it on hold for several more days while "investigating" the "merchant credit.")
Checking out with just the freebies demands a payment method, then fails to process, with an unable to complete message.
So free items require a payment type now?

Just what I wanted to ask for. New shop is just worse and worse compared to the old one.
Store credit doesn't work either, it just tells you to "select a payment type".
It's easy to say that.. but we're comparing a brand new store (yes, with obvious issues) with an old broken one (that had issues which we didnt know how to fix). The issues *will* get resolved.. :)
Hi there, some partly good news: SAVE-ON-SEVERAL coupon started working, but it doesn't accept all items that are in the linked category; namely https://www.daz3d.com/collars-and-leashes-for-daz-dogs-8 and https://www.daz3d.com/miriam-hd-for-genesis-8-female don't discount. While I was playing around, the coupon also stopped working again. But things are moving it seems!
Well, all discounts gone. Guess it has to get worse until it can get better ;-)

Only free items on temporary sales.
Eternal freebies (just select the main store, priced low to high to find them) can be bought. The store software accepts zero priced items (been there and done it)

I'm just glad it's not like the new "fully functional" Playstation web store released a few days ago.
They basically just removed all the text from products (icons only), made all product icons MASSIVE (so about 4 will fit on the entire sreen) and removed all screenshots/footage from product pages. While they were at it they removed the wishlist and any way to sort anything (products are all listed in newest to oldest order only, so want something a few years old and it's hundreds of clicks), made the search feature basically non functional and then removed 2/5ths of the store content. All while congratulating themselves that it's somehow better. Somehow.
Soo, Daz will have to try much, much harder to come close to that level of disaster.
No. I've "purchased" free items and no payment info was required. IF there is to be a price change then [as said somebody from the company if I recall correctly] it is supposed to bounce the order back with updated prices showing. At the moment, those darling "freebies" cost $42.87.
Discounts were showing as fixed- I added a couple things from today's sale- and entire cart jumped to full price : O ( cache cleared logged ... )
Just an FYI- I have worked in customer relations with both major game company Blizzard, and State Farm Insurance- and whenever new software went live it was just as bad as this! Not a tech person, but it seems to be when ever changing from older to new- or especially if running new on top of older systems- its a nightmare to get sorted.
Discounts seemed to be correct, at least in the cart.
Then I tried the SAVE-ON-SEVERAL coupon (with a proper debut new item and a select item, of course).
I had the response "coupon not valid" and from now on all items (including new, plat-for-day, etc) are at 100% price.
I tried to log-out/relog, add new items, remove some, etc. Unsuccessfully.
Today's PC+ For A Day items were showing full price but then discounted in my cart. 30min later, they are now showing full price in my cart.
Not for me. I'm getting a request for a payment method (I choose PayPal, the only option I have), and then get a notification that the transaction can't be processed.
Had 3 new items in my cart. One was Pose Radomizer Pro. Plus I had some of the BYOB items and the ONE-FOR-FREE item I was allowed per the sale. Then I went to check out. It said that something had changed on my order and I needed to refresh. Then it said the coupon wasn't valid. So then I removed everything but the 3 new items, but now they were all full price. And now that sale panel that talked about Pose Ramdonimzer has completely disappeared. And I don't even see the 3 new items I had in my cart anymore. Plus all the new items are are now full price. Even the still new release items.
On the main page the only thing in the top banner is the Movember contest. PC sale and Interactive License are gone. Were there within the last hour.

As the front page banner has gone and all prices are now at full price the guess is that they have taken everything away to 'start again' as some fixes were breaking other things. Probably for the best if it comes back fully fixed. Like Summerhorse I have had to bear the brunt of clients 'feelings' during tech updates, one memorable one with a major bank I worked at. If you think not being able to buy digital products is bad try dealing with people who can't access their money at all.
Hope it's all sorted soon for everyone's sake.
It seems all products have lost all discounts right now. Even the new items have no discount.
I guess something is being done about something by doing something.
They're working on those 90% items, all of them are showing full price at the minute for me. So they are being tweaked.
"They" probably noticed that the shop had a phase in which it was offering very generous prices for stuff that had been in the PFAD last couple days - like $ 0.90 to $ 1.39 - which even survived the transfer into the shopping cart (don't know if one could even get it for that price, because I didn't try it out... had decided to be a "nice person" for once.. as it wasn't DAZ Originals but pure PA items)
Can someone please give me a link to todays sales page? I can't see anything beyond the Movember banner, NOTHING. This is the weirdest most annoying bug yet, to not get to see the sales banner. Like can I please be allowed to shop and spend my money here?
. Sorry, it's just very irritating. I would be very grateful for a link to the sale page. The Movember banner is stuck and I can't scroll past it.

Probably every sale, discount etc... was purged/disconnected from the database and DAZ needs to clean start it. (It's not so much of a suprise.)
Don't DAZ have a test server for all of this? The loss on messed up sales and downtime is probably more than the price for a few servers for this.
I think they just pulled the entire sale untill they figure out how to make it work with the new store software....
