It says: 50% and 10% if you buy new item. Also there is note that PC+ members get extra 10% of so it should be 70%. It shows 59% only
59 is correct. 1 * 0.5 * 0.9 * 0.9 = 0.405
No. Percent off discounts are not additive; they are taken sequentially one after the other. Thus a $100 item is discounted 50% to $50, then that $50 is discounted 10% to $45, and the $45 is discounted another 10% to $40.50 which is a net discount of 59.5%
Manual download: I can't download the shaders 'Fun with Yarn' (Plat for a Day). 'Network Error' again...
I'm having trouble with Viking Shores Scenes and Props for two days in a row now. No manual download, no DIM download. 7% is the most I get.
Please try the downloads again, the system was just given a kick.
It is almost impossible to shop right now. Mostly the add to cart buttons aren't working and I keep getting Cloudflare and "Can't add personalized data" errors. I tried logging out and back in and even that tookk several very slow tries. I guess DAZ doesn't want my money.
Also the biweekly freebies still are not free.
Edit Shopping now seems to be working again.
I download a huge stack of files yesterday and they all worked except for 18 files. I just tried them again and those same 18 are still failing. The newest in the bunch is:

Maybe the system needs a bigger kick?

Same here, but I got them installed via DAZ Studio. Seems as if Studio is using a different D/L mechanism.

I had one file fail yesterday, using DIM. I went to the Product Library and manually downloaded it from inside Firefox. It "failed" multiple times but I was able to "resume" each time and finally get the entire file downloaded. I downloaded it to my DIM folder, so when DIM was opened, it showed up as Ready to Install.
Yeah, I've had several fail to download over the past couple of days. However, waiting until later (or the next day) and trying again seemed to do the trick.
That is fixed now

I am told that Daz is aware of there being a lot of failures and they are looking into the issue.

I was going to spend the evening transferring content from one drive to a different one but the download speeds keep dropping and then spiking and then dropping again. From over 100 Mb/s to 2 Mb/s and I'm getting quite a few "Download Failed", so I may need to hold off on it until a later time. Hopefully, they'll be able to get it straightened out soon. :)

I've been having grief with the servers all weekend, intensifying to today. I've been getting my stuff to download eventually the same way I did last time, by just sitting with DIM open and spamming the download button every time it fails until I finally get a successful connection.
I also unchecked the box to delete the package after installation, since I've been having A LOT of trouble lately with installing content through DIM and having neither 4.10 nor the public beta acknowledge its existence until I've uninstalled and reinstalled it through DIM, sometimes multiple times. I've also been having problems with installed content that's shown up fine before suddenly breaking. I bought Precious Clydesdale when it was PFAD, installed it, and everything was grand. Loaded Studio up the other day and everything was broken (thumbnail, metadata, the works). Checked to see if there was an update in DIM, nope. Ultimately had to uninstall it, redownload, and reinstall.
That gets really old, really fast when the servers are flaky.
DIM is refusing to download West Park Ward Iray addon ... keep getting the Download failed error
Viking Shores Scene, From Russia for Rune 7, Low Updo Hair for Genesis 8 Female, dForce Marida Gown, Alchemy for Fantasy Horns have repeatedly failed to download since Saturday. I see I'm not the only one. Daz reminds me of the Dallas Cowboys: Tons of talent, yet consistently incompetent in the details.
Just tried the Viking Shores again - DIM still fails, manual download can get up to 37% or so, so better than yesterday, but still Network Error. DAZ connect offline package does download though, so that confirms Connect has a different way of downloading them.
Is it just me or are there an extraordinary amount of Read Me's missing lately? I look up Read Mes a LOT to find out exactly where they are in the Daz Studio file structure (Smart Content doesn't work for me) and just about every other product I look up I get a blank Read Me page like this: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/57695/start
Newer products, older products, it doesn't matter - so many of them are missing the Read Mes. Is anyone else finding this to be the case, or have just been getting super unlucky and just happen to keep finding the rare ones without read mes?
It's not just you missing Read Me's. I assumed that it was an executive fiat by the overlords, just like they decided we didn't need product info in the Product Library.
That particular page (Wonders of Nature) is showing up fine for me, assuming you just mean the page in the product index that has folder info, a link to the file list, etc.
That infernal "this is a placeholder" page pops up so much lately, even when the Read Me actually is there. A good swift kick in the refresh once or twice usually clears it out, for whatever reason, or at least it has for me. I assume some may genuinely be missing but a lot of the time it does seem to be a glitch.
