    Hi,

    The product "Modern House 2 Kitchen Food" earlier today was priced at 4.99 but has suddenly jumped back to full price 16.95.  Is this an error?

    I'm getting 46% off today's non-DO new items. Shouldn't they be more? 40% off by default. 10% off for having more than one in the cart. (That's 46% already.) Plus 15% off for being a PC+ member. I'm not seeing this discount at all.

    Yes, I'm seeing percentages that don't match the text.

    I looked at that page logged-out and saw that rather than 40% off Debut items they are actually showing as 30% off. So when I am logged-in (as a PC+ member) I'm seeing Debut items at 30% off less 15% as a PC+ member.

    e.g. Non-DO like PW Reef Island - start price 24.95 less 30% Debut = 17.47 less 15% member = 14.85

    I'm trying to pick up the PC+ Annual Membership since it's on sale for non-members. It's showing the discounted price in the cart, but not actually giving me the discounted price. Any ideas why? Screenshot attached.

    Tried that, no luck. The only thing I can think of that may have caused an issue is that I bought a gift card earlier (they're on sale, so I figured I'd buy a slightly discounted card to save a few extra bucks on the membership. And according to the item page for the annual membership, gift cards and store credit are acceptable forms of payment for the membership, right?)

    I'm not sure that would cause a problem like that - it seems super weird.. I'll ping the team but might be worth filing a ticket as well.

    PC sale issues:

    1) 40 % off PC annual doesn't apply if I'm logged in (not currently member).

    2) When I'm not logged in PC annual shows correct discounted price but Underbelly bundle is only discounted 30 % (should be intro 30 % and PC sale 45 % at least)

    3) And what is the Underbelly bundle's discount percentage supposed to be for PC members? The promo page says "45 % off DAZ Originals" which in the good old days would have been on top of the usual 30 % PC discount unless small print stated otherwise (so intro 30 %, PC sale 45 % and the usual PC discount 30 %)

    Today's "Friends of the Sale" says 50% +10% PC+ & +10% when also buying any Debut New item, but I just get something like 59,5% for Friends of the Sale items.

    I believe that's correct. It's additional 10% and 10% after 50% so it actually becomes -50% and -5% (10% of remaining 50%) and then -4.5% (10% of remaining 45%) thus total -59.5%

    Interesting...I logged out just to see if it would do the same thing for me, and I got exactly the same thing you're getting...at least now I know it might be a store issue and not just me.

    The featured artists from this sale https://www.daz3d.com/more-items-to-get-you-free-content are not 60% off.  They lost their sale discount when the store changed over from Saturday to Sunday, and it hasn't been corrected.

    There's also an extremely minor issue on the "Modern House 2 Kitchen Food 2" product page, the required product text seems to have duplicated itself directly above the add to cart button.

    Same with me. I regret not updating my platinum club yesterday with $7 monthly payments. Quarterly is not interesting and the Annual's discount is not working.

    Those 2 Genesis 7 pro bundles were a nice deal if I had my platinum club active. I am in a major loss here since I didn't update the plat club yesterday. I think I will give up on this sale entirely and save my money.

    What "PC sale 45%" ? The only 45% off I see on the sale page is the 45% off DO for PC members, and you said you're not a member (and wouldn't be considered as one when logged out anyway)

    Is probably the restriction that the discount is for NON PC memebers what is causing the glitch in the cart for annual PC+. When you add a subscription, cart is recalculated by changing your status in the purchase to PC+ so you can instantly benefit from the special prices, but in this case works the other way arround. This was reported by some members since the frontline bundle offered something similar.

    Also, I don't understand why so much trouble to restrict current PC+ members from renewing at 40% discount. We had way bigger discounts than 40% not that long ago, even outside big sales, and restricting it now seems to only cause problems.

    Seems to be error with the Friends of the Sale. When you click View These Artists Together, it only leads to the page for Poisonedlily.
