    Oh yay my old Mac lives on. Well one PCI audio breakout card is dead but the onboard audio seems to work OK so just need an optical audio cable and back in business. Lucky to have good friends I think. Lucky also that a 2007 Mac Pro is so friendly to repair and mod. so yay lucky lucky lucky. Can go back to lazing around now, phew broke compys are stressful :)

    Yes bliss to have a weekend off in the sun, or the shade if you want. Got home and half my Monday is cancelled as well so get to sleep in tomorrow, just blind good luck :)

    Oh me too. It was in the 50s yesterday, and the same today. Considering it was wet and cold the early part of the week, I'm lucky I'm not sick. I really hate this.

    It was in the 50's here the last couple day and now now its in the low 30's dropping to the teens for the next week

    complaint: I found some jobs that I am almost qualified for.

    One requires a Ph.D. for a $60,000 salary job.

    The other jobs are at military bases for enlisted soldiers. I'll keep looking.

    watched several hours of Vikings last night. one disc to go. i'm worried it's gonna fizzle.


    I Claudius totally fizzled after **Spoiler Alert** brian blessed ko'd. Livia carried it for a lil while - she was my favorite bad guy of all dramas.

    Site is slow today.

    Right now it's 54...at 3:38 pm. The high today was 55. Yesterday the high was 52, Friday it was 56, Thursday it was 49. Tomorrow it will be in the mid 30s. Up...down...up...down...and we're expecting some more snow tonight into tomorrow morning. :shut:

    I found Vikings in the OnDemand line-up and started watching it. It's very good...a little violent, but very good. Kind of a short season, though. I guess they weren't sure how it would go over. Still, only nine episodes? Season two is going to premiere on the 27th, though, so it has at least one more season of life left to it.

    ...we've been seeing the sun the last couple days but still cold here. Won't see anything close to 80° for at least another three months yet.

    ...just need to convert to greyscale. Is that a Yak 3 or Tupolev?
