100% even lighting

Is there any way to fully light a scene from all angles so that there are no shadows? I know you're going to say why would you want that it won't look realistic but, I just want to know : )

With 3delight it's very easy. With IRay there will always be some shadows.
that's nice ...

I haven't had a chance to test this, but I think using an all-white image for the lighting HDRI should do the job.
An HDR that's all white would do it. I had to upload as a zip as .hdr files are not allowed.
Edit: Uploaded new. The first one was way too bright
For the curious:
My Oso Toon has an option to do this.
Essentially it changes surfaces to emit their map rather than use regular coloring, and then adjusts the render to limit light bouncing.
A pure white hdr will work only for an item not surrounded by any other objects, and self shadowing can still happen.
So I am rendering a scene which occurs on a crowded subway train, and that is the problem, way too many shadows and I can't render a clear shot
Stick a small ghost light in the face of whatever you want to highlight. Having a bunch of people standing close to one another without any shadows being cast would look unnatural.
Have the subject be daring & get in trouble for lighting a cigarette so the lighter will be held up to their face.
