Final Day of three days of catchup. If it were the end of the PA Festival, Daz would be making a bigger deal of it. imo.
No. It shouldn't.
But I can remember a couple years ago when it took about 15 minutes, after Daz Midnight, for the sales changeover to complete. (I'm in Oregon, USA.) That has been steadily getting worse. Now, without a big sale like the PA Festival, it's taking more than an hour. Maybe you're right and something wasn't set right this time. But I can't believe the steady increase in time between Daz Midnight and the changes showing up on the West Coast is caused by something Daz did or didn't do.
Actually I can't figure this out. I think it's only yesterday (or the day before?) that's working.

with 3 new debuts/still new. 2 other mods confirmed, please try normal troubleshooting.
Logged out and back in. Tried different items in cart. Tried an entirely different browser. None of it worked.
What it seems to be doing is treating the first item from that grouping as free, and then doing something weirdly random after that. If it were deducting $30 from the undiscounted cost, then the items would have an additional $5 (approximately) added on, but instead it's an additional $2. (For the French Ski Resort and the One Piece Bathing Suit. Randomly different for other items than that.)
And, as L'Adair noted but I didn't catch initially, apparently I'm not getting my Platinum Club discount calculated properly, either. Z Rising Star Poses, with the 40% discount and the Platinum club discount, should be 58% off, from what I remember of Daz Originals in the rest of the sale.
I actually tried your specific items (plus one more of my own) in the cart with the three new items and the added select dazOs were all free. There's one more debut you can't see in the image.
Hm. Adding Still New Releases to my cart no longer works for the $30 of free items. Worked like a charm a few days ago, but now only Debut New Releases seem to do the trick...?
Ok, we're checking as May's clue may be it. Still new changed the cart.
I just logged out, in Firefox, and logged back in using Chrome, a browser I almost never use. (So it's not a Cookie issue.) Scrolling down the list of Still New releases on the sales promo page, top to bottom, the first product I see that has the correct discounts is the Paladin of Solitude Outfit for G8M.
These older items are not getting the discounts in the cart, either. Nor do they trigger the $10/$30 off DOs.
(Took me a while to post this, after logging out… I think the info is still relevent, though.)
I'm seeing the same thing. I'm in Central European Time (DAZ-time +8), and it used to be that the store had switched by 08:15, slightly later on the PC+ day. These days, 08:15 still happens, but rarely, and it's quite often that the new items aren't even visible before 08:30, and prices may take another hour after that to settle.
Whatever the cause, it's playing havoc with my morning routine LOL

The Face Transfer Utility is New and was recently released so why isn't it showing up in the list as an item to use for one of our 3 etc.? Thanks.
Because like a lot of the PC+ items it was introduced seperately and not as a 'debut' new release. Notice also that it only has the regular 30% introductory discount instead of the PA sale 40% introductory discount
@RiverMissy, The Face Transfer feature is built into 4.12. The product in the store is Face Transfer Unlimited, because the feature is in Trial mode without the serial number, and limited to three saved transfers. You can use it as much as you like, though, without saving. That allows you to see if the feature will do what you need without paying for it first.
As for why Daz kept it out of the PA Festival pricing structure…? Only Daz knows why.

Got the following things in my cart:

In the shopping cart when using the 30% extra off coupon and the extra reduction for two items in the cart they show at $ 4.11 and $ 6.85 - sounds okay so far...
When I add two "still new releases" - https://www.daz3d.com/cdi-poses-and-expressions-for-plague-wolf-hd-and-genesis-8-male and https://www.daz3d.com/pipe-organ - the price of the two above items should (?!?) be reduced by $ 10.- due to how I read the sales offer (get two new/still new and get $10.- off the listed items, which has the above two items in the list).
Instead they show up with $ 1.48 and $ 2.48 left to pay???
The way I read the offer and do the math, I would have to pay $ 0.96 - the price above the "free" $ 10.- - and not $ 3.96 for those two items. What do? Buy at the "wrong" price and complain to the sales department?
I noticed this as well. It seems like the $10 or $30 off is not including the 30% off once the coupon is applied. I had the Motel Bundle down to $18, but adding anything over $5 starts adding to the price.

Hm, what's this (Lollypop, top left, free) ? It's in my Wishlist as the first item but I don't recall having seen it before or added it to the Wishlist, I'm pretty sure the last one I added was number two to the right. Clicking on it I get a 404.

Making a one day only coupon that expires at 6 MDT DAZ time on a Monday seems like a dumb idea when some of us work all day. I had a loaded cart, applied it, the coupon wasn't valid. It would have been the largest single purchase I had made on DAZ in a long time. Instead, I dumped the cart and saved my money. Why is the banner still showing after the coupon has expired, anyhow?

Largest single purchase? The coupon is for 5 items or fewer. Make sure you only have a maximum of 5 items in the cart.
You should see the $10 spread over the two DazO items.
You sure about that? The coupon says UTC -6 MDT, which would be the usual DAZ midnight. I was about to use that coupon and it still shows the discount. And just did, in fact, and the discount applied.
You are misreading the coupon. It expires at 23:59 (.e. midnight DAZ time The "UTC -6, MDT)" is just specifying DAZ time is Mountain Dailight time or 6 hours behind UTC
Did you have more than 5 items in your cart? the coupon specifies that is limited to 5 or less items.
