Since today, I have a problem I've never had before.
When I start the "Install Manager" I get the message that I can't log in (see picture 1).
Password or access data were not changed.
The same happens when I start DAZ-Studio, login is not possible. (sie picture 2)
But when I log in on the website under DAZ3D everything works as usual.
Do any of you have any idea why or how I can fix this?

Yeah, several of us have experienced the same. It seems the forums went offline for a bit, so it might be related to that.

Thanks for your quick answer, so obviously I'm not the only one who did.
Just tried to get in about 2 minutes ago. It just doesn't work. But as said on the web page and here in the forum my access data are accepted.
So I should probably wait a little longer, or maybe try again tomorrow?
Yes, this isn't the first time it's happened. Last time it was fixed in a matter of hours, if I recall correctly. Hopefully it'll be fixed just as fast this time. :)
Many thanks for this information. I've never had this problem before. So as you said I also hope it will be solved soon.
It would be very annoying if I couldn't install new contents again soon.
Just for information, it seems that not only the DIM and/or the log in in DAZ3D program is a problem.
If I try some optins in my DAZ3D account I get the message as shown in the picture....
That is also quite a common occurence and is actually quite harmless.
I see and understand.
But since the four years I've been a premium user here, I've obviously never noticed that before.
Sure I'm not very active in this forum but still I want to thank you for all your help and information.
Thanks to you ( specialists ) who tirelessly try to make our life with DAZ3D more pleasant.
Hamsters in the log in server have died, they need to get new ones as well as clean out the dead ones before it'll work again

It works again.
No problems with DIM as well as with DAZ3D application to log in to DAZ3D.
I've learned a little something new again.
Sometimes patience pays off and artificially created panic doesn't make it any better.

I'm still having the issue, it's intermittent in DS and constant in DIM. I attempted a password change via daz3d.com, in hopes of clearing out whatever problem is occurring, but the current password wasn't accepted by the new password dialogue.
Still no login to DIM

Unfortunately, still not working for me. Even the website is now being sluggish at times.
I just want to create in Daz Studio. :`(
Is there an offline mode for the Studio app like there is for the DIM app?
Yes, and it should be the default - you should need to check the option in the sign in dialogue to have it remember and log on each time for it to do that on launch. However, I think it's not just timing out because there is a partial connection (usually it would try three times and give up, taking about a minute as I recall).

For me it was the Logout that failed .. came into Forums, saw that the usual options were not avialble so decided I must have beem logged out. I thus went to the other optiosn to select login to find out it thought I still was. Back to the forum options and ope, still nothing. SO went for the Logout. It sat there for a goodly while, then logged me in ...!
Odd... I've used DIM, DAZ3D, Hexagon, and Brice along with this website for years and I've not seen that particular error unless it was right after a major version update.
Oh, wait! We did just have a major version update.
It is also not harmless if you are using the software on a semi-professional basis and need it working right now or else you are going to lose money.

I am experiencing a similar issue. I suddenly found that my credentials were invalid and attempts to log in are met with "Login failed. Did you enter a valid username and password?". I did enter a valid user/pw. I attempted to reset the pw and received the same message.
Oddly enough, I have a session open in my laptop web browser. This still works. I just bought one of the weekly freebies and received the confirmation email.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
