    I'm only seeing Zeddicus products when I use @Ati  's  "View all Artists Together" link (and Chrome). Is anyone else having this problem ?

    That link is from the browser plug-in, and yes, I have the same happening here. So I think they changed something in the page format at Daz, causing the plug-in to fall over.

    I have a query over the use of the THANKS-JW coupon - it works if I have the required product (the clothes pack) in my cart, but if I add another item to get the benefit of the extra 10% off for buying 2+ items the coupon is no longer valid - is that correct?

    Keep in mind only one coupon should apply per cart. As suggested, try the cart with only the new JW and qualifying item.

    No one's being naughty. We're just hoping we don't miss questions and that others don't miss answers which is more likely when you have multiple threads on the same topic. Also, you may find yourself saying, I saw this, but which thread. We end up doing that a lot.

    "include" doesn't work.

    Only dForce JW Clothes Pack for Genesis 8 Female(s) and the free JW item alone work.
    In my opinion when reading the sale there should be other constellation possible regarding "include" -  eg at least dForce JW Clothes Pack for Genesis 8 Female(s) and the free  JW item and the hd free item mentioned at top.

    When using the 20% off 4 items coupon (along with the get an HD item free) the HD item that is free seems to count toward the 4 items? So you're kind of missing out on a sale of another item at 20% off and only getting 3 at 20% off. Is that how it's supposed to work?

    For the 20% coupon, buy 4 or less items with 2019-FEST. You can only have those 4 items in the cart (doesn't include gift cards).

    Inquiry sent; I believe it's the same thing as what someone else showed happening with adding the HD to the JW deal.

    Adding the "free" HD item cancels out the "THANKS-JW" coupon even when more than 1 of today's new releases is added to the cart.

    Yeah, I'm trying to do the free HD/ Thanks JW together and it's not working. This is an issue as according to the sales instructions, this should work.

    Are the coupons in today's promo good for today only?  The fact that the text on the promo page reads "Don’t miss out on Daily Promotional Deals Below" would seem to indicate that they may only be only good for one day.

    Any update on this? Maybe they are not supposed to work together but that is not the way the ad copy reads.

    It was just pointed out in another thread that the HD add-ons sabotage the other coupon as well if you're buying new releases, since that coupon is limited to 4 items and the HD add-ons are counting against that total.  >-<

    Has there ever recently been a major sale WITHOUT glitches lol? Seriously, no other online store I’ve shopped with has EVER had any errors or glitches. They have some great deals, but sometimes I wonder if the headaches and trying to deal with CS is worth it... Are they understaffed? I just don’t understand why this continually happens and has for at least the last two years. When I first joined many years ago, Daz was smaller but had no problems. Everything used to run smoothly... What happened?

    Yes, that happened to me. I ended up NOT buying a new release that I would have purchased as one of my 4.

    I'm sure that part of it is probably due to the ads getting increasingly complex... today alone you have at least three different coupons, the free HD item with new release promo, and multiple discount sales at varying percentages... that's a crazy number of variables to deal.  The other major factor is that the current store's base software has never been been very good.  As bad as this is today, it's nothing compared to the nightmares that ensued when they switched the store over from the old system.  Put those all together and you're almost inevitably going to have problems.

    The Thanks-JW issue was reported hours ago and there's still no word and no fix. It's a mystery how glitches can be fixed instantly but correcting ad copy/sales errors often takes ages.

    Magento (the current store software) happened.  It's extremely complex and many consider it a nightmare to work with.

    Hey, guys! As most of you may have seen, the PA sale starts tonight. We all know that this can be exciting, but at times confusing and we'll likely see glitches. Please help us help you.

    If you encounter a problem, PLEASE post a screenshot of your cart. State what, if any, coupon code you're using, if we can't see it in your screenshot. Please read all the text instructions regarding the discounts, how they apply and to what they apply. Many times we see that if it states ONLY 3 items, you may have more items than that in the cart or if there is a specific group of items from which to choose, an item is added that was not in the grouping. The more clear you are in your explanation, the better chances we are of clearing it up quicker.

    Please understand there may be times when these things cannot be cleared up until Daz is back in their offices (if it takes place after hours). Depending on the problem, we may point you to submitting a ticket. If you have laid everything out in the thread, you should be able to screenshot it for the ticket.

    We hope you have a great time during the PA sale.

    One item (Nothing)

    Two item:

    The sale is missing if you buy 2 more then... It's not in the direct sale description, above it with line separeted there is a sale for "40% OFF SPECIAL FEATURED Items Get 50% OFF* when you buy 2 or more" so there shouldn't be a line.

     And it seems to be an additional 15-17% off? (4/23%) not 45% off

    Just for testing I did throw some random carts together:

    One more thing you could mix the categories like buying something from this sale and something from that and you will get a bonus. So the green lines meana it's in one sale offer, but the hard white line should separate sales...

    I used to work with a Magento site, and based on my experience, I have to say that the implementation Daz has here is rock solid. I have never seen a magento-based site of this size (this many product) this stable. The glitches, I believe, mostly come down to the complexity of the sales: so many different sales running simultaneously. No matter what store engine you use, you can't go around the human factor with setting up the sales. Well, you can--extremely simple sales, one at a time. But would we really want that?

    Especially when the mystery is something simple like whether today's coupons are good for today only and the question goes unanswered,
