Thanks Kev. Carrara has a great shader system. Here's another one. Green Scar and Silver surfer from Planet Hulk.

As the text in the image states, I just could not "LIKE" the current costume of Marvel's Captain Marvel.

So I built a new one...

Looks great. You did see that Marvel has brought back the male Captain Marvel now? I didn't read the issue but thumbed through it. I think they realize there is an audience for the male one or perhaps I'm wrong and they will be cruel and kill him off as fast as they brought him back. We shall see. I like the eye mask options. Nifty!

    OK all,
I have run into a snag and wonder if one of you might be able to assist me. I recently posted the Mantra armor in the freebie section and recieved a note saying that the mask was not UV mapped. When I tried to make a UV map for it using a free UV mappering program it comes out blank. I triied to ask one of my friends who is a fellow artist but have not received any word back from them as of yet. Does anyone have an idea that they can suggest to help get a UV map from this prop?

I can run it through my UV Mapper program, it's called Ultimate Unwrap3D Pro.

Send me a PM and I'll give you my email address there.

Really? Huh. I didn't know he had much of a fan base, considering they left him dead for so long, maybe it's just "Everything Old is Rebootable". I prefer Carol or Monica though.

    I love you Terry :D

Just a quick test with autofit to G2F. Still need to tweak materials and all. Overall autofit does a decent job, except for the slight ribbled edges on the lower suit. The cape is just parented, as the additional bone would vanish. Could probably also try a negative push modifier on the boots ...

Edit: The boots don't really like negative push modifiers, as the sole separates from the rest of the boot then, but with a different smoothing modifier the ribbled edge is almost gone at least :)

thanks! it's actually a 3d model exported from the game Deadpool and posed in a program called xnalara :D but ported models from games are usually low poly models so if you really look close, the quality isn't that great.

Thanks. I want to make some of the classic looks for the Legion's anniversary. Saturn Girl is almost done.

    Hi all,

Recently I posted a link for a freebie for a Mantra Cosplay armor and a request was made for a UV mapped version of the mask. The threads very own Ramwolff was able to create a UV map for the mask when I fell on my face with it. I have been really busy of late and unable to update the set, however I will attempt to do that tonight so it can be redownloaded as well as trying to upload it to ShareCG as well as my DA account. Thanks for all your help on this RamWolff I would have been lost without your assistance.

The latest incarnation of Lightning Rod! A character created by one of the autistic boys I work with in one of my day jobs. JQ, thanks for the Mach 2 Body Suit, much easier to texture than any of the others out there.

    Awesome man!

The second of my consumer's characters redone, Earthquake. He plans to actually make this costume, hence the boots (he's already got them).
