Maybe I missed it; but I'm not seeing as a 'Newly Mad' or 'Still Mad' item
As Charlie noted, the HDRI set is no longer on the MM sales page. It was released on the 21st, so four days ago. The only products to stay on the sales page more than three days, (one as Newly Mad, two as Still Mad,) are those part of the current named 8 figure release. (Bridget 8 earlier, and Mrs Chow 8 now.)

At a guess. That's why I hedged my bet. It would make more sense to do it next week. Big Sales events usually go on a bit over a month, so MM could extend to the first week of April, throw out a CG sale on Friday the 5th, do a Final Catch-up Sale on Saturday and Sunday, then Monday or Tuesday drop the next Pro Bundle.
Well, one thing about the pre-Bundle or pre-Catch-Up Sale CG deals is that they usually run all day (I say usually, but MM has been a bit of a mess). If you're 7 hours ahead, you should see the daily sale switchover between 7 and 8 am, and hopefully the CG sale will be on it. Otherwise... I feel you. I'm a bus-rider, too, and it can be really inconvienent at times.
Still looking forward for a complete props and environment bonus buyer item before MM ends (from Stonemason and Sugatak).

Yes! I just PMed you back lol. Here she is with a smile. I had to lighten her teeth in surfaces because they were way too yellow for a young person. The upper lip could probably use a little adjusting but I’m definitely glad I got her

OK, last one of Lihua without Mrs. Chow with a smile. Her teeth are originally really yellow but easily changed in surfaces. So glad I got her! One hour left to get her on sale!
Fascinating. Forty percent off new releases - buy 2 or more to get fifty percent off. Except that all the items showing are in the Dragon Girl bundle . . .
Did you try carting it by itself?
Two or more includes still new releases as well. So if you had one new release you wanted yesterday, and one today... Or the bundle and one item from tomorrow. Though with possible extra sales today, you may not want to wait on the bundle. It's hard to tell, the store seems to still be settling in...

Lots of problems with the store right now, with getting logged out, pages taking ages to load, and cart problems, such as prices doubling, and being unable to check out once the price was back to being correct.
There were also problems uploading the screen shots of my cart, but they seem to be fixed now. And while I was waiting the prices got fixed, and I checked out ASAP, before anything else went wrong.
Oh, and I only bought because the Dragon Girl bundle had Stonemason's Streets Of Asia 4 in it!
I saw that on my cart before midnight, but refreshed after midnight and it worked and remained discounted at checkout. Have you tried clearing cache, trying another browser, different add-on items?
Thanks, Chris, yes, and it did work eventually, though I was having problems on every store and forum page I tried to access for about ten to fifteen minutes. Seems to be mostly okay now.
@dragonfly_2004, Streets of Asia 4 in the bundle was both a surprise and real treat. I ended up buying the bundle because the total of the products I wanted and would use was more than the bundle. The final cost was definitely "Mad."
Anyway, I'm glad the store settled down and let you checkout. That first hour after the daily changeover can be a real pain sometimes.

Before I hit buy.. please can anyone tell me... is that incredible Streets of Asia scene going to be very massive to render? I have a seriously underpowered pc and I am wondering whether I can even use it. I do have Scene Optimizer and am patient, but it looks so detailed and impressive.

I understand that there are some problems with the store, I don't know if this is one of them but todays sale states:
"Get an EXTRA 10% OFF* Newly Mad Releases, Still Mad Releases, and Mad Artist Items when you own or buy a featured ‘Your Key’ Item"
When I put the Dragon Girl bundle in the cart with 2 Still Mad Releases, those 2 releases do not reflect the 10% off. If I delete the bundle, the 2 still mad releases stay the same, when I add the bundle they stay the same, makes no difference.
That does reflect a 10% discount (55% off is 50% off less another 10%) so you must already have another Key item (Either the Bridget 8 or Mrs Chow Pro bundles) if it's applying anyway.
And the shopping cart. It was like that last night as well. I gave up without making a purchase. It's sketchy, sometimes fine and then extremely long loading times.
