Edit: Not sure if this may be the same in your case, I went to check out a cart of 20 or so items. And noticed a huge jump, scrolled up and the 3 free items were knocked out (not free). The culrit was an item I found in a vendors cart, added, not noticing it was PC plus. That particular 4th PC plus item was the culprit.
The 3 PC+ giveaway doesn't seem to work for me. It was working in the morning, but I didn't check out, and now they're showing at PC+ prices in the cart, not free like in the morning.
It still isn't working for me. I tried dropping it to just one debut new release (not DO or PC+) and one PC+ item and still isn't showing free. And I've traded out different PC+ items from the offering page and that doesn't fix it.
Seems ok here, all I can ask is that you send in a screenshot/ticket to CS.
Should I make the order and then work it out with CS or let them know and wait for a fix before purchasing?
Good question - I guess you can purchase it beforehand, you have the 30 day guarantee if you wanted to return them anyway.
Ah, I added another PC+ item, one of the weekly 60% off-s, that was causing my issue. So I have to choose if I get the free ones, or one of the 60% off-s.
I bought 2 new releases they were pose sets at $10 @ 30% off with the rewards discount came to $14.00 for both and the 3 free PC content worked for me first time Boom no problems. I also had added a few extra pc+ item as well, So I got 3 free items free and 6 other items out of the pc+ selections were $1.99 each and added of the one 60% off popular bundle selections, I had wishlisted & with Loyatiy discount and todays offer I got $364 worth of content for $66 bucks, I couldn't pass it up seeming 70% of it was in my wishist. . I was hoping i would see a rarestone or second circle sales show up in the PA catgory :(
You don't have to choose one or the other, @Ati. Just break it up into two carts. The 60% off PC+ at the bottom of the page doesn't require a new release.in the cart. So place an order that gets you the free items. And then place an order for the 60% off PC+ items. Problem solved.
It's not one of those items. It's one from the newsletter that requires the purchase of today's PC+ item.
Huh. One of those 60% off products…! Have you asked Jack about it? It sounds like Magento is incapable of applying more than one rule to a product, but from a strictly advertising point of view, the one product should trigger both offers.
I ended up going with the free items, and removed the 60% off product from the cart (to make the free items really free :)). I'll get this during next year's PC+ sale. :) I don't really need it now, and it's not a huge amount to be worth the extra effort.
Blarg. Took ages to decide what I wanted from the PC+ section (just too much to choose from!), but with the 8Bit Retro being a must buy for me anyway (despite my relatively modest age, I've spent a lot of time over the years using BBC Micros), I was pretty much compelled to grab that offer.
As an aside, because I'm not sure how to report this kind of thing (as it's not strictly my own problem), I noticed that Riot Girl for G3F, currently in the 50/60% best seller section, was not listed when I went to check out what else was on Luthbellina's PA page. (And no, I hadn't yet purchased it at that point, but it just doesn't show up on the PA page).
I initially guessed that might be some kind of crude workaround to stop it stacking both a best-seller and featured PA discount, but given that Zeddicus has Z Fighter that is in the best seller section but stills show up via the PA page, I'm guessing it's probably a genuine bug.
@Matt_Castle, Riot Girl is showing up in Luthbellina's store for me, (with Hide Items I Own unchecked.) Perhaps it was a temporary glitch? Ten minutes after you mention it here seems a little too fast for the Daz Elves to have fixed it already.
No, I'm still not seeing it, even after doing hard refreshes of the page, with "Hide Items I Own" unchecked. (And I'm definitely seeing any number of other items I do own).
The store is reporting 18 items after filtering by G3F (with the "Owned" filter off), but then only showing me 17 (four rows of four, one row of one). Similarly, using the Daz Deals plug-in to filter it so I'm only seeing owned (as I have now bought it), it's still reporting one more than it's showing me.
Hmm, maybe this *is* my problem, but I have no idea how on earth to make it sound sane to the support team.
Yes, 30%. The PC++ item that's not showing up as free is still marked as New. Could that be the problem?
That looks like what the problem is. I picked a different item from their View All list and it's free.
You have Daz Deals… Any possibility you hit the button to hide the product? Kind of what it sounds like to me. Go to the options page and review your hidden products. If Riot Girl isn't there, then I'm all out of ideas…!
Getting magneto errors on just about all categories and top sellers aren’t showing their discount prices. Anyone got an actual link to the pc category?

Getting Magento errors, too, and no discounts showing on the pages, but the discounts (seem to) apply in the cart. Oddly enough, the errors did not show at first, but then turned up as I was putting things in my cart. So I checked out with what I'd already selected. All these daily, multiple errors are sure saving me a lot of money, because I end up slashing/emptying my cart every time.
The discounts just kicked in for me.
No, it doesn't seem so (just various bundles that I've hidden because I've already got everything/nearly everything in them, and a couple of things with sufficiently nausea inducing promo pictures), but it has now reappeared, so I can only guess. Probably some temporary glitch with my browser cache or something, but I thought I'd cleared that, so I don't know.
In any case, apparently not a problem for Daz support.
and here we go again. Can't get to the sale page at all cos of magneto errors.

Probably - but I'm not seeing discounts on any of the HD add-ons yet (even in the cart, even after refreshing) so I'll wait a bit and see if it settles down.
