OK. I think I got the BrunoD first face morph pretty much where I like it.

    Side and front views.

    Hi Type O
No issues on this end. Here is an EXTREME morph Dawn Character I made. The forehead is extensively changed-without any lumps that I did not put there.
What are you using to morph?

Hello. I have been working with Dawn all week creating morphs just to see what I could come up with. I am having a problem with her forehead and think it might be because of the triangles in the mesh.

The forehead got lumpy and I cant smooth it back out. Has anyone else had this problem? I wish I could fix it.

I think I smoothed out my forehead problem but now I've noticed a problem in the teeth if you open the mouth. This is default Dawn showing the tooth problem. It may be a issue with fall off maybe?

In case anyone is interested, Xurge has Fantasy Rogue for Dawn for DS up now! :) One of the few things I've bought for her outside Hivewire. :)

Been working away on the torso today. Got a good bit of it modeled in now. Made some swim trunks for him too. Screen grab from DAZ Studio.

are there any merchant skin resources for Dawn out yet?

Her default texture is a merchant skin. It just can't be used for freebies. There's only one other merchant resource I know of so far, and it's just for her eyes.

Where did you find the onfo on her default texture being a resource as long as you dont sell it? I'm not question your word I promise. I just don't want to miss anything.

From the Dawn Starter Pack. Select Dawn and the page will refresh. Scroll down to the "What's Included Features" and you will find these lines:

    High Resolution 4000x4000 Skin Maps
This skin texture set is also a Merchant Resource kit that can be used to create new products (not for creating freebies)

You'd have to sell it. It's freebies you can't use it for.

I found Biscuit has a lash MR for Dawn, too.

You're probably going to think I'm nuts, but look for a decent quality stock photo of the outside of a citrus peel (orange, lemon, lime, etc). Manipulate it enough and if you're lucky you can get something resembling pores.

You may also be able to do it by using a noise filter and adjusting the size/scatter amount.

I use pure noise. I create a sheet of noise, blur it, add more noise, blur that to a lesser degree and then add more noise. Then I turn the opacity down quite a ways to make it less black and white. Have a white later below it and then merge the two layers. Make a brush with it or use that as a basis for your pores and skin bumpiness. It's not going to work very well in areas like the tip of the nose since that will stretch out when it's morphed but for most large areas of the skin it's a good solution.

You two are great thanks for the info. The citrus peel makes sense and I would have never thought of that. The noise stuff though, I am unfamiliar with. I’m using Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.0 and Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2

Thanks in advance for any additional info that might be added.

...that's a bummer. Other merchant resource kits allow either.

I wish I knew-I never see these issues-and I've done many extreme morphs-including teeth to match the extreme head morphs.
What program do you use? I am using Zbrush

Here is another extreme morph that started as an answer to people complaining about linebacker shoulders and huge chins, etc-and ended up going way too far into the CUTE zone for MY comfort :-)

I believe it's because depending on the amount of changes made you'd basically be giving their work away.

There are some freebie MRs out there that allow freebies, though.

I did not do anything when I found the tooth problem. Load default dawn. Open her mouth. Then move her jaw to the left and to the right and please see if her bottom teeth look like my post. Open mouth looks fine but when the jaw moves to the left or fight the teeth mess up. I think it is a fall off issue.

Ye the teeth go wonky if you move the jaw side to side on default Dawn.

I see the Teeth issue in Poser-I assume your are using DS? I'm going to make the people on the appropriate forum aware of this.
    Thanks!

Maraki for Dawn. I think this is the best render I've been able to do with dawn.

This is a PG version, you can see the unrated version in my Renderosity Gallery.
