The lighting looks weird, but I'll fix that on my own...a ~Pharaohs' head is a weird place, but that prop will go great in other renders. it's more Biblical than most sets....

Griffin, I am so tempted by that Japanese Garden. The koi alone are worth the price. Then you add in all the modeled plants and trees… Even if one never used the buildings, this set is going to be great for kitbashing. (I think I just talked myself into putting it back into my cart!)
That hair is calling me, even though I have plenty of pony tails. It's those loose strands on the forehead that do it everytime.
Ohhhh...I'm battling the Store to find a proper Police Car, There's that very nice bundle (that's not on sale) of Car, Truck and Van......
And then I made my own police car and then as I put together the city set, I find Stonemason has included a police car in his Urban Sprawl 3 set....

I tend to buy PC+ for a Day items right away. There's no purchase requirement to get the price, (assuming you're a member,) and adding them to the cart doesn't affect any other purchases. It's also easier to view the cart image later, if it's not three miles long. It's not unusual for me to check out several times in one day with an event like the Anniversary sale, between freebies, BYOBs and back-catalog deals..
Me too. I made the mistake of putting some PC+-for-the-day's into my cart then waiting to fill up later with other stuff - got distracted by RL and ended up losing them! Now I do it first thing in the day.
With today's PC+ offer, are the Skinchanger products safe to buy and install now? I've seen several reports before that they cause shoulder distortions in G3 figures even when not in use.

DAZ really needs to flag starter bundles as purchased if you already own the corresponding pro bundle. Got excited seeing Stephanie 5 starter as one of the bi-monthly freebies. Turns out I already have the pro bundle.

I went nutso and bought sooo many wishlist items from Category sales 3 and 4, I'm relieved that there's not much I need from Cat5, nor from BYOB 5. Only PC for the Day item I kinda want is the shorts.
Edit: O hai, what's this? Special offer on getting boys' clothing for 80% off, you say. Oh no, I'm hit again. (Skipped getting the shorts, because I couldn't tell who they were even for from the description.) My boys really needed contemporary clothing, though.
Was psyched to see the Erhu and Poses in PC+ for a Day. That's been in my WL since it came out....just never pulled the trigger. Today was the day. :)

According to the description the item is designed to fit G8F. As such a couple of mins work with the transfer utility should make it into a confirming item. Naturally there will be no movement morphs or helper jcms, but these are not essential for a pair of shorts. Maybe worth trying before returning.

The problem with the MFD was that it was starting to show its age, and trying to get backwards compatibility with each new generation kinda started to cause more problems.
I wonder if there will be another Genesis 8 major figure this week or not. It has been two weeks since the last one but we have already had two figures in October. What is your guess?
I'm usually wrong about these things, but my best guess would be next week, with two figures released in November; one during the anniversary sale, and one after the sale is over.
Guh! So sick of getting this same error over and over. I'm going to submit a support ticket to Daz since it's caused by their content. I think an Amazon or Newegg gift card should remedy the problem.
LOL … and I thought I had a lot of content!
I've solved my storage problem by keeping the DIM Download directory on a separate drive from the Libraries. And neither one is on the C-drive. (The computer came with a mere 512GB SSD and a 2TB HDD so I kept Daz content off the C-Drive from the beginning. And I've since added a 4TB drive for product storage, renders, etc. The way things are going, though, I may need to add another 4TB drive and make it my 3D Libraries drive!)
