yeah, except the PC items are going into my cart at high prices even tho I'm a pc member. It's PC price on the store page...in the cart they are $12+
So, one of us had a glitch - mine even discounted a bit to 2.49 rather than 2.99 for being still new items.

Question: I have store credit but it's not showing as a payment option in the cart. Is that because in addition to the three pc items i also have a gift card in the cart?
I think so. I once tried to buy a GC with store credit and it didn't let me, jaki.
Thanks Cris. I thought that might be it. I was expecting it to be there tho cos I had products in the cart, not JUST the g/c. Was hoping the store credit would cover teh three products.

I slept soundly through last night's troubles. What was Coupon 7 about?
Buy "one new release or Special Featured Item" and get two Daz Originals free from a preselected list of M4/V4 and older products. Not quite the "What?" of coupon 2, with it's select list of places and things to choose from for 40% off… all of which are currently 40% off, or 50% if you buy two or more, (for today, and probably the entire catchup weekend.) lol
That second coupon never made sense to me.
Overall, I think this has been a fun sale. Not as crazy as in the past few years, but still good enough on some days, especially the flash sales and last few days. I managed to get the couple of items that were on my "ASAP" list, some from my wishlist, and with the 80-90% off sale, even some items that were not on my wishlist... :)))

Started October with a gift card with a $180 balance. Finishing it with $120 on the same card.
This sale was weak. Glad to see it go.
Considering that three out of eight of the coupons didn't work for quite a few people, I consider this sale as "quite crazy"
This past week made the whole sale seem to drag on; imo, seven weeks is just too long! Although yesterday's coupons were fun, when they worked.
@L'Adair I bought Part 2 and installed it with DIM. Watch out for installer chaos. The DIM installers seem pretty messed up. I got files put in 3 different locations:
/Esha - wrong - there shouldn't be a top level Esha folder in my library
/Content/ - wrong - there should never be a top level Content folder in my library
/General/Esha - correct, I believe
In addition to this, some files were duplicated in the different places, and folder and filenames were inconsistent and confusing. I submitted a help request, of course.
Thank you for the heads up. However, I downloaded with DIM, and then installed manually on a different drive, where I have all my tutorials in one place. I archived the zips into a directory with the tutorial and then hid the files when they showed up in the Download tab of DIM. (Some things are just better off not installed via DIM. lol)
I noticed there were multiple copies of the PDF, and the Photoshop action file. However, I only noticed one instance of those files per product.
I am more than a little impressed with the videos I've seen so far. Assuming they are all done with the same level of professionalism, (and I'm sure they are,) I know I'm going to learn a great deal. I'm delighted esha is using Photoshop CS6, too, as that is the version I have.
I plan on getting Marvelous Designer soon; perhaps on Black Friday, but later if MD8 isn't available on their site at that time. I suspect it will be, as MD8 will apparently be available on Steam early November. Anyway, once I start making my own clothing, I'll really need to know how to texture it, and I'm confident esha will teach me everything I need to know for that.
7 weeks of insane blowout prices or massive stacking discounts or crazy glitches would have been great.
7 weeks of, "Woo! Up to 50% off of Generation 8 content that is priced at a super premium... get it while you can!"
Was way less impressive. I loved it when they blew out V4 stuff for super cheap prices... I keep waiting for them to do that with Genesis 1, 2 and/or 3 content. Maybe the next sale.
With what I saved up on THIS sale, I'll be ready to spend a bundle if they do! ;)
The PA festival is ending today. What a relief ! It was torturous...
Don't believe everything you read, it wouldn't be the first time that the Daz sale was extended for one final day, ie Monday, or maybe longer. As PC+ releases are generally released on Wednesday's the PC+ Sale might not actually kick off until then and so the PA Sale gets extended to fill the gap, of course this is Daz so who knows.
I don't know, 50% off brand new as soon as they launch products is actually a really good deal. We usually have to wait months to see that kind of discounts on brand new items.
I agree. If I was a PA, offering a product right off the bat at half off is being generous. Although it did take two products to get that, there was a really nice variety from which to choose. And they did offer several good (great) deals during the month of the sale.
What's funny is that I started shopping at Daz during this current sale. What I used to do was, start to make scenes and when I needed an item I would pop in the store and search for it.
Whatever the cheapest result, I grabbed that. And it seemed like SOMETHING was ALWAYS on sale. I'd search space car or future car and find a few great options. Space gun, futuristic gun...laser gun...ray gun....
It was great - in a weird way. I had no idea about banners and sales offers. lol I just bought stuff.
This sale triggered that memory, because for a little while, it was like that again.
I mean, almost everything on my wishlist is discounted by some amount.
I've been searching for the stuff I need.
I spent a lot this month, but with the gift cards and such, it ended up being a good time.

It's cart-swapping all day as some items and discounts (obviously as stated) only appear in the cart.

The "extra 45%" has already been added to the store - it just means that these (older) products have an extra 45% off the standard 40% PA sale - all you gain in the cart is that 16%-ish (actually 5 sixths) if you buy 2 items or more from the sale.
