    We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope you will work with us to make this process efficient so no one has to miss a sale and hopefully we can decrease the support tickets as well. 

    I see no need for the Moderator Staff to apologize - Checking if a sale works as intended should be one of the basic responsibilities of the sales departement.

    Nonetheless it's a good idea to have such a thread to gather any bug reports. It would be nice though, when that thread would be heavily moderated to keep the usual "Can someone tell me what hair/clothes/figure/etc this is?" out of it devil

    I am sorry for the coupon issues you all were experiencing.
