    Thanks, @Ildanach. At the moment, I render 8 passes in DS/3DL, which get passed for further rendering outside of DS. Not for sale for a host of reasons.

    Okay finally had time to play with Ollie last night and Boggles!!! Nothing like a new toy to play with to make you finish your work faster ;)

    Ollie+Boggles on the front guy with the hat, Ollie+Boggles+various orc/troll morphs on the back, both using Boggle skins. Front guy has Georgie hair and brows and stubble from CC Beard Boss, and is wearing Iconic for genesis 3. Blue guy is wearing the new mohawk and various clothes from Genesis. SOOOO much fun. already working on another one. I swear Ollie is just begging for all kinds of mischief!

    This character is so adorable and so awesome, I just might never stop using him. LOL :P

    He really does remind me of some of Nursoda's creatures, of which I have a bunch :)

    My first impression on Tuesday when seeing Ollie was a big nope, don't want that.  Now, after watching this thread all week, it looks like he's one of the most versatile figures they've released!  A sprinkle here and a dash there of his morphs is creating some great figures with character.  It's amazing what you guys are doing with him.

    I succumbed to the temptations also after seeing such interesting morph blends with Ollie. I bought only the base character today. Here is my first attempt and mixing Ollie and other morphs. I call it Brothers Reunion.

    I'm tickled pink to see how many people said they didn't like the character that finally gave him a chance and now like him! heheh Just goes to show you have to keep an open mind! :) 

    I'm loving all the renders! Keep 'em coming - it's so fun to see what everyone is coming up with! :)

    as they say never judge a book by it's cover and Ollie is proof of that and reminds of a lot of the older generation

    Lots of post on this one, but I LOVE how it turned out. Reminds me of something out of an old book about fairy tales.

    @AllenArt , that is an amazing render! I love Ollie but I haven't done much with him yet beyond a standard render and to play with mixing him with other characters. The set up on that scene is truely stunning!

    Amazing work all! I for one said, ahh no also on first look. Then I saw the Golem type morph and that made me think more. Then all your renders and mixing has got me 95% percent ready to hit purchase. cool

    Please tell us the lady version is coming...that would be fantastic. It's so weird how easily he goes back and forth between toon and human and everything in between. Whoever built him deserves a great big round of applause :)

    I totally love this guy! Reminds me of the bad part of town in Tad Williams "The War of the Flowers" novel.

    Not much to look at yet, but for the Pratchett fans...this is the Ollie skin on the feet of the big clown that came out a while back. I thought his feet might be bigger and uglier than Ollie's, but they really aren't. I'm still working on dirtying up the feet a bit so I can save a preset for The Luggage! I've got about 9 feet figures all parented to the box. Still need to adjust the box texture a bit and figure out if I can get a tongue/teeth in there. Then I can move on to finishing an Ollie as Rincewind and figure out what scenes to drag them through.

    This looks extremely promising!

    Seems like Ollie is a real asset for all the Discworld fans here... just imagening where one might be able to use him...

    1. Rincewind... obvious... he has that panicky base composure that is needed
    2. Cohen the Barbarian as shown twice already.
    3. Any of the Pictsies / Nac Mac Feegles
    4. Corporal Nobby Nobbs!
    5. ...

    And that Luggage looks fab!

    First male for G8 I've bought, and he's pretty damn good.

    He's great for realistic, fantasy, and all sorts in between.
