Hi, guys! Could you help me solve the problem.
I'm trying to export animation (transition from T to Ф pose) from DS to MD. I'm using Collada.

But after import in MD I get this ....see attachment =)

Please repost your image without textures in the MD window? Which version of Marvellous Designer is that?
Ok. I use MD 6.5 (3.1.38 r25775)
This happened only if I use genesis 8. if I use genesis 3 - it works.
If you have MDD export, that works really well. I export obj and MDD animation usually, then export back obj sequence to get it back into studio.
Does it works with genesis 8 ? I get fault when try export in MDD. =(
You get some kind of error during export? Yeah, it exports fine here in MDD, hmmmm.
I get this error if I try to export in MDD. (with genesis 3 and 8)
MDD requires the full version of the AniMate 2 plug-in.
Ah crap, I forgot that the MMD export was part of the animate 2 pro version :(
Pretty steep price unless you feel you are going to get some use from the rest the package offers.
Should I buy this package https://www.daz3d.com/animate2 ?
Hi to all!
I'm trying to export genesis 3 male model with animations from daz3d to MD. I used muscularity hd for male and it require hqsubdiv for more details. But if I export by .collada then model reduce subdiv to 0.
How can I solve this problem?
Fine! Yes! AniMATE2 works! Thank you!
SOLVED =)
You shouldn't need details for MD, just the mass.
Merged threads as they appear to be on the same topic.
Maybe I know, what I want? =) I need details, because I simulate HQ clothes and I need all folds. I want see muscularity through clothes.
And you merged it in one thread but it is different problems.
MDD might work, since that's a vertex cache. Collada (and FBX) export the SubD cage - what's called the base resolution in DS - and expect SubD to be reapplied in the destination application (and presumably expect multi-resolution morphs to be reconstructed).
