    I can't use my PlatClub coupon on robbus goblin for some reason. It was working yesterday when I tested it in the cart, and today the platclub coupon won't work?

    Edit: I see they changed the terms of the PlatClub Coupons sometime in the last few months to exclude FastGrabs without notifying current members or having us accept new terms, which is unacceptable. You can't do this to current members. Its one thing to change the terms for new members going forward, but not for current members. Thats why there is contract law.

    Here's a screenshot of the coupon from Jan of 2017 (notice that FastGrabs are not excluded). I took this screenshot after I extended my membership to March 2019. So I expect the terms I accepted then, to stay in place until my membership ends in March 2019.

    Was there a glitch with the Rawart items earlier today?  I could have sworn Krampus was in my cart at $4.79 and then dropped to $3.99 when I added a new release.  It currently at $7.98.

    Yes. The 60% discount stacked with the extended Holiday sale to give a 76% discount. But now it is only the 60% discount.

    The PC+ coupons don't work with Fast Grab and robbus goblin is now in Fast Grab.

    This is not a new qualification for Fast grab,  It has always been that Fast grab items did not gain any further discount.    There were a few instances when something went wrong and Fast Grabs did get extra discounts applied, but these were glitches and swiftly corrected rather than being the norm.

    Not for some time if at all.   As I said there could well have been some occasions when a glitch occurred (how unusual is that) but Fastgrab is alread a 70% discount and often fastgrab items are PA items, not just DOs.

    The main point is this is not a change in the way that the PC coupon works. And it certainly is not a recent change in how FG works.  And the PC coupons are coupons. not Gift Certs.

    I'm fairly certain they did too! We pay for those coupons - they're not freebies. To be locked out of some products for something that we pay for, is a bit off.

    Yeah, this changed. It's been like NSFW's screenshot for as long as I can remember. (And "but we weren't honoring our wording," even if it's true, is not an excuse.)

    Agreed. I have used the coupons on Fastgrab items plenty of times without any issue, and the new wording in the description outright stating that it won't work on Fastgrab items is news to me, and not exactly pleasant ones. Also, sorry, but it wasn't any kind of glitch, unless the way something has worked for the past three years was somehow completely incidental and contrary to how the shop was supposed to work, which seems unlikely. The coupon just lost some of its usefulness and people who renewed their membership before this change have a right to be miffed about it.

    I thinik that huge Genesis 3 glitch in December made Daz's heart shrink 3 sizes, judging by the rest of the sale. 

    The last couple of sales have already been a little less exciting than last years, but this Christmas sale never built up any real momentum or excitement. I suspect a lot of PAs lost their mind with DAZ over that Genesis 3 glitch. A good glitch NOW, like last nights, takes prices to where I would want their base to be, *before* a glitch, on previous sales.

    There was a glitch last night? I knew there was one the night before and yesterday morning re some of RawArt's items, but there was another one last night?

    Re the "Genesis 3 glitch"--are you referring to the free items pro bundles glitch (and some PA bundles/items)? Anyhow, the entire store being 50% off on top of the other stacked discounts was probably even a bigger one, since that affected all the PAs.

    What happened last night (most the night)- The featured stores in the Holiday Reward page, when a new release (any new release, including PC+) was in the cart, were giving 70-76% off. But it varied in each store, and I don't know if all stores were doing it, or if stores not listed on that page were discounting. Some prices started at 50% instead of 40%, some at 66%, and of course your Loyalty Rewards status would affect the final discount. Mine was 30%.

    I'm having a weird cart glitch.  I put two items in the cart.  The icon shows 2 items.  But, when I click on the cart to check out, I get a "Your shopping cart is empty" screen.  I've logged out and in 2x...Any ideas?

    Never mind...seems to have fixed itself, now.

    Weird that the Girly Locks hair is one of the PC+ Flyer 60% off items even though it isn't PC+...not quite as good of a bargain as the other PC+ items.  I thought I'd forgotten it was PC+ or something....but no.  I guess maybe it's because it is a Goldtassel item???

    Usually when that happens, the store and forums are disagreeing on whether you're properly logged in (the two are separate). The most reliable fix is to log out and in, like you already did, but also add some random item to your cart. That should kick the cart into showing the other items. You can then remove the random item from your cart. If you only log out and in repeatedly, that usually doesn't fix it.

    I had the same thing yesterday - logging in and out and in didn't help - but adding another item to the cart made them all show up (then I could delete the extra one and it was all fine).
