Anyone else having issue with both 2017 and 2016-1015 top seller not showing full discount even with a new product in cart? 2017 topseller used to give 65% (50% off with new item in cart and then 30% of loyalty reward) but now most product from that catogory only gives 58%. From the 2016-2015 top seller catogory most items gives 65% instead of the usual 72% with item in carts.

I just refreshed my cart (Ctrl+F5), and I'm seeing the correct discounts.
Did not work for me, I even tried loggin out and back in again but still not working.
Working with the item I tested. What items do you have in your cart, assuming it isn't alarge number? Are the new items recent or are they from earlier in the promo?
oh damn, i still have one of my $6 coupons left. It's the one where you get $6 of $18 purchase...so i don't think I'm going to use it. Hate seeing one go to waste.
1 new item + 2 items from the 2017 best seller category - the two items should be 50% off with the new release, plus the 30% loyalty rewards....but there is a discrepency and doesn't seem to be doing the full discount. I'm only getting 58% on the PA item (one is a daz original). So originally 50% with a new item.....and even tho I'm bad at maths, I'm fairly certain the 30% loyalty reward discount should have it more than 58%.
Not working for me either.
I tried my cart with a new PC+ item (these were working as a "New Item" previously in the sale) and the item prices did not change. So I took that out and added an item from the Still New set - still not working. (I'm on 30% Loyalty Bonus) Tried the refresh too, no change.
The cart contains 58 products
so took 2 pictures of a few of the products.. 1 picture shows the products that shows 58% instead of 65% and second picture show Orestes hdri, the naufire mountain and sporty ponytail hair that shows 65% instead of 72%.
I'm not getting the additional new release discount on 3 items in my cart - see the attached screenshot - "killer bug" is a new release, but the other 3 items shown are the same price with or without the new release.
Having problems here too. I don't believe anything in my cart is showing the correct discount.
Discounts not showing right for me either.
65% would be the right discount for a 2017 PA item with a new release with a 30% Loyalty Discount. On the other hand, with a 30% Loyalty Discount the Abandoned City 2 should be $10 something with a new item - and isn't for me either. I'm not sure what is going on, it does look as if theer may be some price oddities but it's not as simple as one of the discounts missing.
In my cart with 54 items there is some discount on all items but I would say about 90-95% of them have the wrong discount.
Try again, the store has been given a good kicking and sent to re-education camp.
I put in 3 from the 2017 top seller list, add a new item, and no price change, Rebooted computer, same.
the loyalty reward (25% for me) doesnt seem to apply on cart.
I've tried many things, dunno what discount doesnt apply but the price is higher than the one I got previous days (and yes, the items are in the promo page of today and added also a new release for max discount)
I know the 40% listed PA discount doesn't apply on PC items, but shouldn't the Loyalty discount still apply?
still not working for me, tried to log in from a diffrent unit even but still the wrong discount.
Not getting the full discount on IDG Iray Essentials - Daz Horse 2 and Centaur 7 or DA Unicorn for Daz Horse 2. I have the 30% loyalty discount and a new release in my cart. IF my calculations are correct, the Unicorn should be $5.93 and the IDG Iray Essentials should be $6.63. I did do a hard refresh with no luck.
Same here, looks like lots of Featured Artists stores are at 58% off total when it should be 65% total with 30% Loyalty Discount and New Release. OOT, Orestes, SY, goldtassel, Aako, Stonemason, bluejaunte, Josh Crockett, AprilYSH, Cake One, Design Anvil, Kindred Arts, and more...
Edited to add that this was with Still New Releases, though it has since been fixed.
I used my $25 coupon gift from Daz last night. Now everything is a lot cheaper. Any way to reuse it? Can I submit a ticket and just repurchase what I already bought? Will they just credit me?
Just a quick reminder, the Holiday Rewards discount only applies to items in the Holiday Rewards sale. So an item can be new enough to trigger greater discounts, (50% instead of 40%, 60% instead of 50%, etc.,) but if it's not in the Still New category, it won't get the Loyalty Rewards discount. (Think PC+ new releases. Only one item each week was included in the sale.) Not sure how that would affect items in other categories, like Featured Artists for example.
The new item in my cart is Precious Tiger, a Still New release, and I'm seeing all the correct discounts for the items in my cart. I even added a couple of Stonemason products, (different base discounts,) and got the correct discounts in cart. Here's a link to the Still New releases, sorted low to high. Try adding the first item on the page to the cart, and see if it changes anything...
Having a still new item but the top 2017 discount is still messed up for me, top 2015-2016 is working for me now though.
I wish I had waited to use the $30 Daz Christmas gift card, a lot of the prices on the qualifying pre-2016 Daz stuff are now a lot cheaper. I think they were only 30% off across the board when I used mine (they showed 30% off in the store and then my 30% loyalty discount kicked in giving an end result of 51% off in the cart). But now most things are showing at 58-66% off in the store and with loyalty discounts in the cart going up to 76% off. So which is the correct pricing? Was it right before? Or is this a glitch now? Or is Daz just being more generous now, and the prices were right both times?
The Loyalty Bonus should be applying but wasn't.
I have 2 still new releases: Lashes Utilities and Izanami (added after initial screenshot) to my cart but the DA Unicorn and IDG Iray Essentials for the Daz Horse 2 are still not showing the correct discount. They should be showing more than 58% right?
I'm not seeing a new release from the sale there (Vampyres Bane is new but not in the list of "still" New products).
