    Three to Five days of: ... too much food ... too little sleep ... glitch(es) ... [and I will try not to mention the money situation after the PC+ sales] ... by the end of this, I suspect the inevitable outcome is having more stuff to render if I can stay awake.  I am not really this desparate for 'new' old shinys am I ?!?!?

    I'm seeing a load of G3 stuff on sale too. I do share the sentiments of not wanting to buy into G8 though.

    Still no update on the sale page for me, but Marvelous Designer 7 perpetual Steam licence is 35% off and I'm super tempted.

    Oh, woops. Somehow I completely misread and thought you meant things on sale. I don't really expect to see many new releases for G3 (though there have been more multiple generation items than I expected) since Daz's business model is turn over and buy everything again for the new generation. I'm choosing to take it positively in that it'll make all the G2-3 items I'm still missing much more likely to go on sale and I no longer have to buy new release items, except PC+ which tend to benefit older models more often.

    All right, any new release triggers the discount! I added Somewhat Essential Iray Shaders to my cart, and got the discount.
    V4 gets 82% instead of 80%! Whoopeeeblargh....

    This is the one currently in the page source, anyway. Not sure if this is the correct one. Maybe they linked a totally different category, and that's why we're not seeing any of the items. Although, this one is called "Thanksgiving Weekend Free Item Selection," so unless they made two categories for it, this should be the one.

    Chrome is beginning to show something, too. The category on the url is still empty, but at least the promo page is starting to come to life.

    Those are what I'm seeing, except for Harpoon Girl, which I have.

    And the textures do show up as free (EDIT: in my cart), so it seems to be working for this block of time now.

    I'm on Chrome and those are the only choices as well.

    I'm confused... I thought it was the page here ( https://www.daz3d.com/thanksgiving-all-weekend-freebies ) one should be looking at, and the items (v4. m4 and daz o's ) that were offered? If I follow the link above I only come to an empty page, but if I go on the rolling banner I see what is offered and such (unless I'm wrong ofc). Though admittingly, none of it shows as free, atleast not at this time.

     

    Edit - Never mind, apparently it wasn't the categories I was thinking that was the free offerrings... too bad, as foudn thisn interesting there lol

    So the question is, are they going to adjust the 4 hour interval now that things started late? Or can we assume its going to stick to 12, 4, 8 MST?

    You have to add it to the cart before it shows up as free.

    Try putting one in your cart: it should be free there.

    I had items in the cart, of those I Thought were the offered ones.. except it wasn't those items that were offered, sicne I looked at the wrong categories... I had looked at the featured Daz Originals category etc. The actual selection didn't show to me until after I had posted my earlier comment :)

    Looks that way, unless the plan is to shift both the selections and number of choices every interval.

    Theoretically you could sleep for 7 hours and 55 minutes, then catch the last few minutes of one block, and the beginning of the next one. Of course, this needs to be timed well. :D

    Must be a Leonardo da Vinci sale - it's said that his sleeping pattern was 15 minutes of sleep every 4 hours.
