    Can someone clarify. If I claim a freebie, will I be able to claim 3 more if I buy a new release afterwards? Or is the offer a one-time deal?

    sounds like you can either get one, or three per hour, not both. I've climed mine so I'll check though.

    Yes, just tested.  You can grab a single free item for your 1st purchase, and then make a 2nd purchase of a new release with 3 more free items.

    After claiming the free item, I added three more to my cart along with anastasia and the three came up as free..

    No. We're an hour into the second 4 hour block. They never brought any freebies in for the first four hours. 

    And the freebies should be showing up now.

    I bought three for free with a new item.

    Then bought one for free with nothing else in cart.

    Allowed me to get all four G2 items.

    I will note that "new release" means anything tagged with the "new" marker on the standard store page rather than just the "new releases" noted on the sale page.

    Just a heads up - the promotion from yesterday is still working; if you add 3 or more of the debuts from yesterday, you still get an extra 30% off, and the dueling swords for free! I couldn't get that hood out of my mind, so tried to see if that promotion still works - and it does! Just an FYI in case it gets fixed soon.

    Offers often run for a few days - yesterday the 20% off from the day before was still in force, and that ws clearly deliberate since the promo page had been revised to remove the Tuesday-only Gift Card offer.

    So I work up at 4:00 am Eastern Time and all the new items were marked free. I went to the One I wanted first and on it's page it was free. I thought what a cool Birthday present. I went back to read the directions and after I read through I went back to the one that I wanted and this time it cost. So I went back to the sales page and they all cost. And I thought what monkeyshine is this....it's not even April

    did you try adding it to your cart? Mine only came up as free in the cart. Oh and happy birthday!

    That is always the case when the new items are showing up, they are showing on the promo page as free, but are not really free - it takes a bit for the store software to settle down.

    Thank you! I have been a member since 2003 and currwntly a PC member. It just caught me odd guard because I have never seen it do that and since it was advertising free and showed up free and then changed.

    Okay, you can only use the "1 free" only once per 4 hours, but you can use the "3 free with the purchase of a new item" multiple times. That's not bad.

    Try a hard refresh by using Ctrl and F5. There are some good freebies this round, but I didn't see them at first either.

    Thanks for the reply.  Unfortunately my post was delayed for approval... I'm guessing because it was my first forum post here ever.  So I actually wrote that at 3:58 mountain time, 2:58 my time. 

    Anyway, I did get the first download in later in what would have been technically the 2nd block.  Set my alarm then to wake up just now for the upcoming "third" block.
