Problem with Denver Hair

mattiascibienmattiascibien Posts: 140

hello everybody,
recently I have bought the nice Denver Hair http://www.daz3d.com/denver-hair but I have a problem with them. In fact they all seem with low res textures. I have tried almost all the material options but I cannot get the results I get with other hair (even Genesis Base ones).

What am I doing wrong?

I have attached a reference image.

EDIT: in studio OpenGL preview everything is looking good...

You might have to fiddle with the settings a bit, they might be optimised for Poser.
In this image i set minimum and maximum bump to -0.1 and 0.1 instead of -0.01 and 0.01, and i switched the lighting model from plastic to matte. (just a quick test, more and better adjustments can be made)

Tried with your settings and i got this. Still horrible though.

EDIT: Tested with poser mats too... Renders better than DAZ ones... That's strange....

To be honest without having this hair I can't do any testing so it is all guess work for me I am affraid.
