V4 Clothing on G3F

I'm trying to make a scene here. Has anyone ever figured out why V4 clothing does this on G3? It's really weird and distracting.

Auto-Fit is assigning too much influence of the thigh bones to the mesh. The only way to fix it is adjust the weight mapping or remove the influence all together.
can you give me a demonstration?
Can anyone help me please? I think the clone is messed up because its not just me who is experiencing this.
