can anyone guide me to how to light this scene similar to the product like the photos used in the product page?

lighting has always been my weakest link.

Do you have an example of what you are working on. The room determines the type of lighting it should have.

I don't have the set, but here's what I'd do:

    1. The light globes should be emmissive surfaces. Set the luminosity to a sufficiently high value that they light the set. Set the temperature to 6,500 K for a neutral colour. (Lower numbers will give a yellower light.)
    2. The light shades (the conical shapes) will need a glass shader applied. Warning: Some glass shaders transmit light much better than others, so try several.
    3. Put a powerful spotlight outside the window, and angle it downwards. This will provide the highlights on the floor.
    4. Optionally add an HDRI map so that you have an image outside the window and a little light coming in from the front. Rotate it as necessary.

    Hope this helps.

    Tim.
