Is there anyone else out there having problems with Victoria 8. I purchased the Pro bundle did a manual install,daz connect Install, and Daz download manager install. The figure is coming up as grey blocks. The clothing and such seem to load fine on thier own.

did you remember to also install the Genesis 8 starter essentials?
does that come with the pro bundle?
no it should be in DIM. It contains the free genesis 8 female figure which you need to get V8 working, in the same way as you need Genesis 3 to get V and M 7 working

You need to install all the Starter Essentials packs to get the various versions to work. If using DIM just do a search for "Starter" and the same if you install manually in your content library.

Did you install manually or with DIM?
Try uninstalling all 3 V8 you installed and install only one and see if that helps. May be conflicting but I'm not sure. We are just trying to troubleshoot.
Tried both manuall and DIm installs also uninstall and reinstalled all V8 files

I think the problem may be on Daz's end and an update is in order.
I've had the same problem. G8F has no thumbnails and won't load, and V8 loads as grey blocks.
Tried installing/uninstalling/installing through Connect and DIM and cleared content database.
Here is the error shown when failing to load base G8F:

Daz quality control strikes again... Glad I'm not the only one. I liked the old days where everything was in a zip file.
If it was a problem on DAZ's end everyone would be having problems.

Yes Genesis 8 is working just fine for me.
Has anyone thought to put in a tech support ticket? This issue isn't happening for everyone so its something on the user end.

Maybe the versions installed have different results. I installed the Win64 version and get the grey blocks for V8 and no way to load G8.
Which version worked for you?
Grey blocks here too. V8 Pro pack, verything installed by DIM.
I'm going to remove it and try again.

So, which version are you currently using - DIM or Connect? If you have both, Connect will be used.
