Victoria 8 problem

Richard, is this something specific to V8. I don't see this behavior with Elizabeth, Rebekah, Duffy, Lilliana, Camille, Ruby, or Vera.

It is with make-ups that use the Diffuse Overlay channel.  It seems to be the new way of doing make-up and it kind of makes sense as Diffuse Overlay appears to sit on top of the skin just like real make-up would.
