seems MediaFire is having some issues again and stuff wasn't downloading right from my acct.
so I tried to purchase an acct to see if that would fix issues ...
    ha
that didn't work, their system is having problems accepting money apparently so ...
like I do when things on a website go wonky, have deleted all my content from MediaFire for the moment.
Later on when things are working again, or I've found a better place, I'll re-up some items.

Thanks for the links. I think I know how to transfer the rigging over; seems to me I can clone the rigging from the base figure.

This is for a long-term project; I imagine that I'll be breaking it down into several smaller learning projects. I might even become competent by the end. [wry smile]

The goal is the journey ;-)

    Bluto,

I have a question for you. In his earlier books, Madison used a duffle bag that he credited to you. Do you, by chance still have it, and would you be willing to upload it again, like to ShareCG, or dA, please?

Yes, I realize that's two questions. LOL.

Finding specific items in the store is still rather challenging, so here's a short list of a few that are of interest to some in the group.

No special reason, but I guess everyone's wondering about the kind of ship you run! LOL!! :-)

    I'd guess a Ferengi ship

I'd guess an Orion Slave Ship

That wasn't Bluto's bag, it was Rduda's. Did I credit that wrong? If I did, I do appologise.

Edit : Just checked. I had it right: Rduda.

One of the German artists over at DA just told me something kind of strange. Germany's idea of free use- like in fan art- won't allow for the use of Com badges. German Trek fans can not use the Com Badges in their artwork- but they can use the uniforms. Weird.

I have some ideas if I can't find anything offical- a Plan "B" which would tip the hat to a few other things.

There's a 'pimping' project: recreate any type of ship's space OTHER than the briefing room, using the briefing room as the basis. The way Redfern used it to create a medical bay - you could do all kinds of things with that space :).

Been there with my ACR, I'm also using it as the Enterprise's main computer room in the current book:

For some "old' software from the company, free. This is AFAIK, unsupported software now. [so not really any point in registering it because no you can't upgrade from it, etc]

Please remember TimG did it first quite some time ago when we were still posting in the old forum. He even used a curbed wall section of the Pike quarters to create a nurses station. I merely followed his lead and added some personalized touches like the privacy gratings.

    Sincerely,

    Bill

Ok. Maybe I should just stop opening my big mouth. LOL. I'm sorry, Bluto, and Madison, and thanks for the correction. I'll ask Rduda about it by email.

Thanks for the link. I had Adobe Acrobat Pro until my first internet comp died and took that program with it. I bought a non-Adobe PDF creation program, but now I don't think I'll ever use it.

Yay! A new toy to play with. :) Thank you, Matty.

Will you be releasing the conversion of the other NX-01 model, for comparison and contrast? I recall you mentioned that this one was to scale, and the other was not, but was higher detailed?

As always stellar work, and always look forward to new releases. :)

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!! I wonder if I can bolt on a pair of Connie refit warp nacelles onto her and get at least warp 8 before she rips herself apart? Then I will have to get her into the paint shop for the candy apple red paint job with orange/yellow/white flames! Oh and I can't forget the tinted windows and the fuzzy dice hanging from the main view screen!

Actually, would like to see if anyone has done a Poser model of the planned NX-01 refit that was planned for season five, with an engineering hull and extended nacelle pylons. (there used to be renders of a model of it, on the Drex Files website.)
