Your image isn't showing, even if I copy the URL and paste in a new tab.

Not a very informative message, is it? After the failed attempt to connect, please go to Help>Troubleshooting>View Log and scroll to the very end - if there are any messages there that look releated to the connection issue please post that section of the log here.

  • I can't open the file. It open a window of file selection.

It's a text file - it should open in the default application for plain text files (such as Notepad on Windows). You can open it directly from C:\Users\Your name\AppData\Roaming\Daz 3D\Studio4\log.txt (AppData is a hidden folder so you will need to enable the dispaly of hidden files and folders).

Are you copying the email from a sales receipt email or the like? It looks as if it is not recognising your account at all, which would suggest there's an error in the address.

  • No. I enter it on the keyboard.

I know it's old, but you might end up here when searching the web for this, like I did.

If you're on linux, check this thread:
    https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/60901/daz-studio-and-linux/p25

The problem you have is that the database in PostgreSQL does not exist, or it is missing the structure. Installing something with DIM will fix it, given you have a working installation of PostgreSQL already (installation instructions on page 6, same thread. Use "Content" for the database name though, to bypass troubles by DAZ3D ignoring the custom database provided via cmscfg.json) and told DAZ to use it.
