No importer for the opening Genesis figure in DS 4

HI,

If I started DS 4, and the genesis figure is not showing, and there is a message, saying "No importer for the file format can be found", what is missing ( what file? I might have moved things around by mistake ) and how can I locate it to fix it again?

    Are you using DS4 or DS4.5? If 4.0, did you install the updated Genesis Starter Essentials?

    I have installed Genesis Starter Essential 1.6, but is it supposed to be for DS 4.5, i am using DS 4, so is it not good for me?

    No, DS4 does not read the NEW .duf format files that DS4.5 does.

    The DS4.0 installer includes the content. For DS4.5 the content is a separate installer, and the DS4.5 content won't work in DS4.0. Either uninstall the Genesis Starter Essentials and reinstall DS4.0, or install DS4.5
