For the PC+ members, particularly if purchased with the other PC+ releases (and the monthly $6 off coupon) it talleyed in for me at $8.07. Practically a loss leader. Without the coupon I think it was something like $11 or $12. If the G3M undead pack shows up in the next week of so, I won't have the coupon, but I suspect that the PC+ membership will bring it down considerably.
Frankly, I suspect that this is set up as one of the (not quite invisible) perks of membership.
Although it is a bit of a surprise to see that what we've got is a "mini-pack". Undead today, aliens in November?
I'm sure the male version will be released when Lucian comes out next month.
My guess is the the genesis 3 models are so complex that it takes longer to make these while working on others. So I think they didn't want us to keep waiting and release what they currently have finished.
That's a possibility. The G3 figures are much more dependent on the HD morphs than the earlier ones. So those morphs are no longer exactly optional.
Ergo, a full HD package duplicating everything that was in the earlier packs would probably come with a major case of sticker-shock. So a genre split (as well as a gender split) may be what they decided to "run up the flagpole and see if anyone salutes". With a steep Members discount to sweeten the deal.
I don't doubt there'll be an accompanying G3M version before long, just like last time.
I'm definitely hoping for skins, because there are some very specific morphs included with this to create the illusion of wounded skin. They won't make much sense unless there's an eventual skin with blood and tearing on those specific parts of the morphed body.
For instance: http://www.daz3d.com/ultimate-zombie-hd-for-genesis-2-male
That's a character which allows for a similar wounded skin effect in the shaping morph, but it includes a skin to create the visual illusion of blood and torn skin. Without that, while the morphing is excellent, the end result looks strange.
If there is a set of skins coming up, that will actually make these sets an improvement. The last Creature Creators only had some very basic skins. In fact, none of them had anything other than fur for the tail, which was a huge disappointment and made it unusuable for furless creatures (like demonic, amphibious or reptilian characters). Even if someone made some skins now for that G2 set to allow for tails without fur, I'd still purchase them! Only Genesis had the ability to give human and other furless characters a thin tail.
Sexy Vamp?
I mean to each their own, but IDK.
I meant the promo showing the sexy vamp with the blood dripping down her face, tight red dress, etc. LOL, not the clay sculpture looking thing in your post.
Why HELLLOOOO there GORGEOUS! Why arent you friendlAAAAHHHHHHHH, AAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
...and scene.
You can achieve fangs on both genders of Genesis 3, already. You'd obtain this for the other morphs it has.
if you bought any version of Lilith 7 it knocks the price down to $10.07
bugger price gone up now to $14.98 lost the ilith 7 discount guess shoulda grabbed straight away might hold off maybe it'll get combined offered as a bundle later on
Well, I've played around with it and it does give some very nice options for a desecrated look (not many people will think of this, but that's just what you need for corpses of victims around stand-alone creature figure lairs or nestling inside cocoons). Some interesting ones for vampiric or demonic brow or eye shapes, too...
In regards to skins, I obtained the G3F version of Sickleyield's 'Blue Ones' character sets and it gave some excellent combinations looks! The paler blue skin of the three included is actually more like a very pale white skin (although, obviously, with a very slight blue tint, but you don't really notice it), which actually makes that ideal for more ghostly figures.

However, I forgot I had this 'Grey Alien' G3F set and it not only has a great variety of skins across the spectrum, but includes moist variations of all those colours, plus glow-in-the-dark and a metallic-looking irridescent version! Just keep in mind that it has no eyebrows (whereas Sinckleyield's 'Blue Ones' product actually has the tremendously useful ability to change the eyebrow colours).

If you're looking for skins for your non-human G3F characters, I'd highly recommend all the above two options! Experimenting with them and this new morphing set gave some very useful visual results.
And don't forget the recent 'Them Bones' update with Iray compatibility! It includes all the content from the existing sets and is excellent for scattering around scenes you might need random bones in.

Not 100% on topic, but on the topic of CC for Genesis 2 and skins and fur, I found the Street Rat, Cat World, and sometimes the Ape World skins work nicely with various Creature morphs.
The Lilith discount is still clearly advertised on the PC+ Sale page, so I'm pretty miffed that the discounts are no longer applying. Similarly for the various other discounts offered for buying the creature creator pack aren't working.
If the sale is finished, fair enough, but take down the adverts in that case.

The last also comes in a bundle with zombie-relevant clothing and poses, too.
I have Atsuko and Valoria and had forgotten about them, and I also have the Iray UD for Them Bones, so thanks for posting these links! Reminded me I already have stuff!!

This should be fixed now.
Thank you! Much appreciated :)
But seriously, there is now a third set of generic zombie poses for Genesis 3 (Zombie Hoard (Horde?), Zombie Defense, and now Moonshine's Diner: Zombies Are Inside). Aside from Valoria in the Zombie Bundle (for Arabella 7) where are these Genesis 3 zombies? Kind of putting the cart before the horse. If there is indeed a horse, metaphorically speaking.
Well - there is Dead Fred from RawArt also: http://www.daz3d.com/dead-fred-for-genesis-3-male
The G3F version is the first time I'd experiment with this. Before I spend anything, I have a question. I see in the file list there are only Data files and Runtime files. How do you actually apply the morphs - is it in the figure's Parameters? Or do you select the part of the body you want to morph?

Something changed in the Forums? I thought I could delete my duplicate post, but apparently all I can do is edit it to say something else...
They will show up in the Parameters or Shaping pane.
