Nathy Swimsuit is still having the size mismatch error.
For some reason the PC+ items from the last couple weeks got released without Daz Connect installers. I previously complained about the Interstellar for G3M and the previous week's freebie. Both of those were eventually fixed, but now this week's items have the same problems, it seems.
Well I am not glad this is happening but I am kind of glad to see that it is not just me. I have been having no end of problems with stuff I bought today not fully installing, or insisting it needs to be updated over, and over, and over again. Now I see it is a global problem, so I will just to play some video games this weekend and get back to DAZ next week.
For the most part MANUAL downloads and installs are working fine...

Alright gang, sorry I've been silent for a little while, the gears were still turning but no big revelations.
Since plan C is taking so long, the team gave plan C and a half a try. It looks like we should have everything available from DIM now, so if you are having problems with files please send me a message with the product id's and names so I can look in to those ones specifically.
On another plus, the team went ahead and finished off some changes that should double the total speed available to DIM, so those download speeds should be faster now.
Any word on Connect and whether the downloads should be working via that soon?
As of Oct 9th 2129 PST the downloads are non functional. The system claims either "download failed" or it states completed but no files appear either in Smart Content or File view. This has been ongoing for over 2 days. Give me a fix, or at least an ETA to a fix. The last time this occured for me, I found a $2,100.00 debit on my bank account and it took me 3 months to undo the identity theft (not DAZ, but I still don't buy there... hint, hint).

Same here. Been trying for a couple of days. Everything else gets through but this one stops at about 34%, then "Download Failed!"
It's starting to get....painful. *sigh*

Old West Mercantile and Sheriff's Office both failing thru DIM. Looks like they are downloading the whole way and then going wrong at the end.

I manually fixed the products listed in this thread, so give the new and improved DIM speed a try.
Daz Connect has a bunch more files so I can't fix it up quite as quickly, but the full repair is coming along nicely and it should be there when that is finished.
I was able to download the H&C Medical Scrubs via manual download, but it doesn't have the right textures. It only comes in a forest green color with white gloves with blood / no blood options. There are no other material options as pictured in the promos.
You're lucky, I bought some stuff earlier today 1.2GB download and was only able to get 12KB download speed. Downloaded manualy and got a top speed of 265KB. I am on a 20Mbit connection.
I am still seeing many products with these "Download Failed!" errors via DIM. Mostly PC+ products currently sitting in my update list. For example all the Moonshine Interior sets, and Carnival Entrance, Carnival Midway and Ferris Wheel. I should add I am in no great hurry to get these updates, I am just informing that these are still failing.
These appear fixed now. Haven't loaded them to see if anything's gone wrong yet tho :P. Thanks.

I'm still having an issue with pages not wanting to load, white placeholders instead of thumbnails on a lot of products (like some thumbs are ok, but others in the same product are not showing), when I try to switch from the store to the forum I get a message at the top of the page saying it can't load my information, I may not be recognized, blah blah.
This has been going on for over a week now. Is Daz going to fix it or what?
Well this is saving me a lot of money, I guess. I bought some stuff Friday and was going to buy more yesterday (as usual, some stuff I bought, I really needed other things to make them work the way I wanted), but since I can't even get half of what I bought Friday to DL, I havent' seen the point of buying anything more. I guess my bank account will thank me.
Things seem beter now, was able to download and install through DIM at 2MB/s which is about the max of my connection.
This sale is going to be "interesting" with the site down so much. :(
I'm still getting repeated site down errors, at one point my whole cart was showing at full price, now back but the $3.00 sale is still not working and either is the 20% of featured PAs.... They should just close the whole store until things are fixed. This has been going on for over a week now, I, like many have missed numerous sales because of the site being down when trying to check out, numerous hours emptying and refilling my cart because of these problems. This is getting ridiculous....
I've eventually managed to buy the things I've wanted over the last week or so, but accessing them afterwards has been a challenge to say the least. Surely the time has got to come soon for Daz when investing in something other than the current extremely flakey arrangement will cost them less in time, expense and general upheaval than what the setup must be costing them in it all now. I've been very grateful for what little we've had in the way of progress reports, as it does at least give the impression that something is being done to tackle the problems and that the site isn't in the grip of an apathetic ownership that just doesn't care. Given that we're always being told that forum users form the minority of customers though, this isn't the impression that the majority will be getting.
It's getting painful enough just waiting for page loads that I think I'll go away for a week and come back and see if it's fixed. Normally I check in multiple times daily.

Nope, Legacy Hair for V4, Genesis 2 & 3 Females FAIL to finish. One thing I'm noticing when it's going way over the 100% mark, somtimes well over 125% and then I get the FAILED notice. It's like it's trying to over conpensate. Perhaps this attempt to speed things up needs to be shelved for the time being and put the old DIM download settings back into place. Might have taken longer, esp for really large files like Terra Dome but this is just not good Rob!
My guess is that there could be something failing at the server center. Most likely a hard drive or multiple hard drives
I've given up on trying to download my items for now. It finally downloaded ONE item ...after over three hours. I really hope they fix this soon. These site and download issues have been going on for over a week now.
