Just in case one of the site admins/staff is keeping track... half my gallery images are gone. The thumbnails display, but I get an error message saying "this content could not be loaded, please try again later.." or something akin when I try to open the full size view. When I check my gallery to edit, the written information is all there but the images and thumbs are missing...
Well I just tried another purchase and I am only able to download 9 or the 16 items in the order. This is getting a little silly. I have no doubt that there are people running about with their collective hair on fire trying to solve it and I will try to remain pateint, but if you cannot deliver the goods, then they shouldn't be available to purchase... just sayin'
Thanks for the heads up, there seem to be a number of gallery images (and a handfull of downloadable products) that the servers got confused about. There is a team working on getting everything sorted out but we have to go slowly because we have to selectively collect the files while we keep the rest of the files up and available.
This is taking longer than I expected but we are just taking our time to be extra careful. We will be prioritizing validating all of the product download files first so there may be some delay in getting your gallery images back up. There isn't anything you need to do, they will just pop back up when our team has gotten to that section.
Thanks for the reply and the heads up... it's greatly apreciated and I hope that all is sorted out soon, server issues can be a nightmare on a site this size I'm sure!

I'm getting the following error for 27 different files when trying to download via DIM v1.1.0.64 on a Mac. (I've replaced my username in the message with "USERNAME" but the log.txt has the actual path.)
WARNING: Network Error while downloading to file "/Users/USERNAME/Documents/DAZ 3D/InstallManagerDownloads/IM00031281-01_DAShinePosesforSunny7.zip.{c0918c26-81cd-10b1-28b4-917407bb6a2e}.part":
Could not complete download, file size does not match; 189651 != 191615.
I've tried three nights in a row now and these files download then get tagged "failed" and deleted. (they still show up in the "Ready to Download" tab in DIM).
Is this one of the problems people are working on correcting or is this something different and I should open a support ticket?

:sigh: Could someone PLEASE fix the connect issues???? Or at least do some of announcement in the forums so we know what's going on?????
7 products I have purchased yesterday and today and NONE of them are showing in 'available' in smart content for me to download.

Just want to echo that filling us on on what is going on is very, very much appreciated.
DIM is not downloading all the products in the updates area, it's a mess. Some download, some download and then fail.
Here is a screen grab of what products are still in the que...
DIgesteez rawhide. The only thing I give my dogs. It's digested 99% as compared to 60% for regular rawhide. Available at Petsmart and Walmart (which is cheaper of course.) It's in a white bag.
It seems like DIM has stabilized a bit, it's been working anytime I tried it yesterday. Prior to that it was a mess. But I haven't bought anything to see if things are showing up.
The Fallen Goddess poses are still broken so it's not 100% resolved yet.

One of my gallery images are still acting up.
One of the products on the store's front page (Flowering Hills for Vue - One Click Wonders) isn't showing an image for me. I hope that's a help for someone. The site appears to have taken quite a battering in recent days for whatever reason, and it must be a bit of a nightmare trying to get it all straight before the Platinum Club Sale hits.

Sadly, My gallery is hosed again, after being fixed for a few days. So I think whatever bug.... Has returned.
Just to echo the other comments here:
1) DAZ-Rawb and others currently working on the problem, thank you! I get the feeling that this is something of a major undertaking and it's got lots of little details that like to hide until after you think you've got things working, only to jump out and taunt you.
2) UHT2 Ultimate Color (purchased this morning) gets fully downloaded... then tells me the download failed.
3) Does the manual download and install work? I haven't tried it yet, obviously...
I was able to use the manual download and install. So yes it works. Some items are installing using dim too. I was able to download both ron's products I purchased and the new robot but not the male scrubs outfit for some reason
Well no more purchases from me until this is resolved. Hmmmph
Sheesh, even the smiley faces dialog took like 30 seconds to appear! Geeeeeeeeeez

So, I'm not the only one with Fallen Pose download problems. Anyone else also having the same problem with the H&C Medical Scrub Set for G3M? These are the only two purchases in the past few days that just won't download and install through DIM.

Still can't get the H&C set to download through DIM. Tried manually downloading. It's missing textures shown in ad. Only the basic green. Otherwise it seems to be working fine. I sent a support ticket. They referred me to the problems everyone else is having. Ignored texture problem. Said it should be available through Daz Connect until problems are fixed. It hasn't shown up for me.
Connect installed Bonny Hair for Genesis3 but all I can see is an Icon to click on,
no items showing in the product - not in smart content - not in content library - not in products - not in categories
The Question in the attached image is right - Where are my produkt files???????
I clicked the update button (shown in the image) 3 times - 3 times connect was "downloading" 164 files - but NONE is shown anywhere
The files download, but they are all 0 byte files with an extension of [.part] which indicates that the download is failing. This is the same problem with a number of products right now. I am still waiting on 10 items that I have purchased over the last 4 days. This is one of them. I guess we can only hope that they figure out the routing and file handling issues SOON!
There are a few of the items in today's PA Festival that I would like to pick up, but I am not buying anything more until I can get the stuff I have already purchased.

As a person that has spent the last 30 plus years working with Technology, I fully understand how wonderful it is when it works and how much a PITA it is when it doesn't.
I am frustrated by the fact that I cannot download my purchases, but I know that my frustration is nothing like the headaches that you are all dealing with. Everyone wants it fixed NOW and that simply isn't possible. Despite our desire and expectations of "Instant Gratification" in this day and age, the cold hard reality is that it is an illusion created by hard working, very intelligent people like yourselves and I feel that it is only fitting that we, the customers, appreaciate how well the site works 98% of the time and not get our collective panties in a bunch when there are a few problems.
I am climbing down off my soap box now... May the force be with you in your efforts to resolve the current problems
