Same here. Tried shutting fire wall off and admin mode. Daz refuses to run DIM or connect.

Unable to login customer during authentication.
Same here, I tried to log into install manager and it won't log in but I can log into the site ok.
Yeah, broken for me too,. Been broken for over 6 or 7 hours here.
Merged several threads on this topic. Daz is aware of the issue and working on a fix.
Here Japan, I also can not login with DIM and DAZ Studio.
I found this at this afternoon (GMT+9).
Thanks I thought there was something wrong with my computer ,glad to know it is not just me.I am on windows 8.
Has there something been expired? Do I have to renew anything? Are the DAZ Servers o.k.?
Have to work offline now. Cannot connect on starting up DS. Message after a few second: "Server log in failed" . No problems logging in to DAZ3d.com though.

Had that Windows 10 update someone else mentioned. Note it DID take more than a minute to come up, so be patient if your DIM doesn't seem to be doing anything. It may just be slower.
Still unable to use DIM anyone else still having problems.
was happening to me has happened before btw was hoping it meant maybe some big massive update happening such as updated iray for new cards one other time it happened there was an update finally worked again and there was some updates but no new version of daz or iray update just some updates on a few products see we have a new user here not a great way for a new one to start off feel sorry for them
Guess I will just have to leave it today.
Not sure what's going on. I just tried and while lagged, it did log in.
I download everything manually now so hadn't noticed. So even though they accept my money, I can always get my products. AND as a bonus, I know where they are installed and don't have to go hunting for them.

Yep, same here. I had to force-quit Studio, because Connect just keeps trying and trying to login and I couldn't cancel it to switch to working offline. DIM "gave up" more easily and just informed it couldn't log in.
Again the same issue and messages in log as before:
Network Error during authentication.
Unable to login customer during authentication.
As the old comic characters used to say "##+$@...."
Hopefully they'll get it fixed when the day shift arrives.
I just just this looks like manual downloads for now !
You got bigger problems than that, you need someone to look at your toe !!!!
