Anyone else unable to login via DIM or connect?
Are there known server problems?

Would so love to finish this transaction but, this malware that DAZ calls a web framework won't let me! Nothing but PHP stack dumps to be had at the moment (or that last many moments, really).
Seems to be working again now.
yeah. DIM doesn't work now, but my purchase seems to have gone through. Not feeling too good about this purchase, and it was a big one thanks to the GC.

connection is DOA for me, no loading new models no connection for daz studio
DIM still not logging in for me.
Same here, Store login was down for a while, DIM is -still- down....
Daz studio and the product download app is not connecting.
and I am not the only one.

Hi, I am totally new to Daz3d and today is the day I just wanted to get started fromk scratch. So my first and only step so far was to install the DAZ Install Manager. But everytime I try to login I get the message:
"Unable to login to the specified account. Verify the email/or password and try again."
I actually wanted to install DAZ Studio 4.9 afterwards and then I wanted to purchase the "The Guy 7 Pro Bundle". But as I am struggeling already with the the Install Manger login
I slowly doubt it was a good idea trying to get into Daz3D.
I looked through the internet but couldn't find any helpful informations besides that the servers could be down. I also tried turning off the firewall and reentered my password/ email several times. I also changed my password once and the new password works fine at least for the website login.
So is there anything else I might have overseen or are the login servers for the DAZ Install Manager just down?
I can't connect either, thought I screwed something up.

Same, I am able to login on Website, but DIM doesn't work.
I can't get in either. I think it's malfunctioning today. I've never had problems before. You might want to submit a help ticket.

It is the same for everybody this morning. This is extremely rare!!! I don't remember it already happened, and yet I've been working every day on Das Studio for several years. I think you did not found any information because this is so rare that it is not documented. I think this should soon be solved (maybe a small delay because it is night in the US).
I think the best thing is the wait the servers are back. In the meantime, if you are in a hurry, you can download the manual install version of the files via the product library of your account, these are still working right now.
I'm having the same problem with the IM. I can log into the store, though. Give it a few hours.
Same issue here. Error in DIM logs:
Saving Account Settings: Account
Network Error during authentication.
Unable to login customer during authentication.

communication to server error message is actually the message when i try and log in within the software via email/password
same, can login to the website and buy stuff. but can't download any of it after I buy it. LOL
Same here, no connection to DIM or DAZ Connect. Curious what it is and when it will be resolved.
I think Daz3D server got problem, we should wait for them to fix.

It seems they are back. I'm able to open DIM.
I had the same issue, this was solved for me a few minutes ago.
I tried reinstalling it, still no luck

How ironic! They're accepting my money but I can't download any purchases through either DIM or Connect.
