Some DNA purchases not appearing in Daz

    BTW, you can also select "Order #" under Search, and then input "null" in the field, then you'll get the RDNA items only. You can export the list in CSV format via File > Export Data (this will export the files currently listed).

    I placed it in a zip file and downloaded it to my content folder. Once inside, I opened it and I get pictures, but no completed files or models of the items installed.
    And to answer the question of DIM, it will download, but once there. All I get is a message of "Install Failed". I beleive that the content my not be completed. I was mistaken about the vender. The one I meant say was Esha. I think that is the creator and RDNA is the assistant. I guess.

    It has first priority currently. It's been delayed further though because I've decided to make some improvements to the interface which will simplify things a lot. When that is done I'll probably make a commercial pre-release for those who can't wait for the final version. I'd prefer to wait but people are getting impatient...

    Using a shrunken screenshot makes it hard to make out the details but judging by the last one, showing the folder view, the Poser-format content tree is in a sub-folder of a Daz Stusio Content Directory. Where exactly are the files, and what are your content directories (the folders you have DIM set to install to - click the Details check-box in the Ready to Download or Ready to Install tab - and the folders that are listed in the Content Directory Manager in DS - Edit>Preferences>Content Library tab>Content Directory Manager)?

    Today is 08/02/2017, & I just noticed a RDNA item missing from my daz3d.com account. I guess it's too late to do anything about missing items at this point.

    Maybe, but if you don't open a Sales Support ticket you won't know. Do make sure it's a real RDNA item you bought, though (if possible include the invoice number) - I had a ticket open for an A3 item by LLF which I could see sitting in my libraries without its being in my account - only it turned out to be a different A3 item with the same name from Renderoisty that I had blush
