Some DNA purchases not appearing in Daz

I thought the plan was for everything that we bought at Runtime DNA which is moving to the Daz Store would be put in our Daz product library. Some of my Runtime DNA purchases have gone across so they must have noticed that my accounts are the same. I bought some of the Space Defenders outfits for Vicky 4 from Runtime DNA, the Space Defenders bundle for Vicky 4 is in today's sale, but Space Defenders is not in my product library.
Has anyone else noticed missing items like this?

It can take up to a week or so for them to manually add them to your Product Library. Back in May, I had three items that were not added for a month even after I had filled out a help ticket. So, I reopened the ticket they had closed and finally got it solved.
I may be projecting (my own feelings), but it seems that whoever is in charge of putting up RDNA legacy product pages and migrating the back catalog has gotten bored and just wants to be finished (without actually finishing).
It can take a few days for them to show up. There are some V4 stuff that is released yesterday and today and I have quite a few of them - none of them showing as purchased for me as yet. However in the past, I noticed that it took approx 4 days for them to show as 'purchased' and then another couple of days to show up in my Smart Content to download via Connect. I have sent in a ticket for the most recent ones as I wasn't sure when they hit the store, and did get a reply saying it can take a few days. You could always send in a ticket re the ones you are waiting on, just for your own peace of mind.
But be careful. Some of the things I bought separately, came over in a bundle. They didn't transfer automatically. I had to contact support.

I contacted DAZ on June 22 and all I was replied is that I had to waot for the items to show up in my account. At this rate I wonder when they will be in my account because other things that are since a longer time in the DAZ store are not in my account yet. I believe that I will have to list everything and to submit it to DAZ...
I will of course download all the items from my RDNA purchase history but since they should be here...
Some of the ballet stuff by Lady Littlefox that I bought has finally shown up, but I bought things in a bundle and they haven't shown up in my library yet. The bundle hasn't shown up, just the single items. So, I'm waiting to see what happens.
Knittingmommy, I just sent in a request to support to find out about this, in the inverse. I have most of the Art of Dance products, but some of them are arriving here at DAZ as a bundle - and as I hadn't purchased the other item in the new bundle, they are not showing as purchased for me, even tho I do own one item in it. I've sent a support ticket in to find out what happens in situations like this - if the items aren't availalbe in the DAZ store as separate items, but ONLY in the bundle, what happens to those of us who have purchased the items separately??

I had over 20 products in the V4 $4 release (July 2-5) that were loaded into my Product Library on the 9th.
Did you get this straightened out with your products? All of the Dance items and their bundles finally showed up in my Product Library.
Thanks for that link. That helps quite a bit. I've been slowly re-downloading everything just to be sure, because I know how server moves can go. (And this is basically a server move.)
Is there anything like this that will help in terms of saving our order receipts? I can make a written log of my RDNA order numbers and the items purchased, but if I ever need to use it to sort out an issue and they want a screenshot... well. lol I don't fancy the idea of having a zillion screenshot jpg's floating around my HD.
And to be frank, almost everything they've moved over to the site here on Daz has never appeared in my product library... and still isn't in there. So I'm just not trusting in the server move yet, and probably won't until I see it actually start to show up in my product library.
Note that the download pages take a very long time to load most of the time, it was very fast in the beginning but they must have done something to it. So be patient.

You can autosave all you RDNA receipts with just one click for each with it. After capturing them all you can export them to .chm (Windows Help) file format or for easy reference. See screenshot.
I haven't seen anything of my stuff that has been moved that hasn't shown up in my library, but then I haven't checked everything. You can create a support ticket if you think something is missing.
I'm thinking of making some cross-referencing script so everything can be checked when the transfer is over, to make a list of what has transfered and what not, but it requires that everything has been downloaded with the RDNA Downloader.

Yeah, I'm basically just waiting out the server move. I know it's going to take time. These things are never fast, especially when handling this much data. It's a lot of work. I'll take another look at it once they say the server move is done with, and I'll go from there. No point in filing support tickets when they're in the middle of the transfers, I think.

Only one of the Art of Dance products has turned up in Smart Content to be downloaded...the fluffy tutu.
I sent in a support ticket to ask specifically about items that are now in bundles here, that weren't in bundles at the RDNA store. The one i mentioned was this one: http://www.daz3d.com/the-art-of-dance-ballet-v4-performance-romance-tutu-bundle as I own the actual Romance Tutu from rDNA but I don't have the other product that is now i the bundle. The reply I received did state that "Even if the product you have already purchased is now in a bundle, you will not be required to repurchase.".....but that Romance Tutu hasn't yet turned up in my downloads. So yeah, not sure.
Well it's not downloading the files that's slow, but loading the download pages. May take a minute or more for each. It may look like the program hangs, but it doesn't.

Do you need a special software to have a copy of all your receipts? All I did was go to order history, search all dates which brings up all your orders. You just select "check all" and hit invoices for selected and it will print all of your receipts. I saved mine as a .pdf and printed hard copies. It won't download your orders but you will have a copy of all your order receipts in one file. Ever since I heard of the move I have been slowly downloading all of my files again because they have been appearing all over the place. For instance Ssap'arra for V4 and Lilith for V4 by Brahann are at DAZ, but Apsenniel for V4 is over at Rendo
Please make the cross-referencing script, Taozen. This would help me a lot. I have twenty-five pages of downloads, and I need a way to see what is what (or whatnot).
This is getting especially frustrating, as there is product that is showing as being here at DAZ now, yet no official pages exist. The most recent one I came across was Apocalypse by MOrtem Vetus. The product and Download are gone from RDNA (though I have a record of the purchase and made a backup of the download) and it apparently doesn't exist here at DAZ yet. However, both DIM and Taozen's content manager pick it up as being a DAZ product. DIM actually gives me all the information on my RDNA purchase and Taozen's product seems to show that no store info has been created for it yet.
Hm, yes that looks a lot easier, wasn't aware of that. But it does require a PDF printer program, I don't know if that's standard in the later versions of Windows or the Mac OS. I had to purchase a PDF printer to get that feature but then that was when I used Win 2000 and XP.
I found a batch of RDNA stuff added to DIM just now - please check to see if the items have now been added to your accounts.
I'll take a look at it. But actually I think it would be better if DAZ made one when all has been transfered, for they must have the SKU cross references in their database which means they can make 100% correct matches. I can only make one based on the product names which probably means some guessing in some cases if the names are not exactly the same. Or if DAZ would just release the SKU cross references, I could use them in the script. I believe they're fairly easy to extract from the database.
The product pages for the products you have purchased at RDNA may disappear from the RDNA store (many have already) but all the products you have purchased as well as freebies etc. should still be available for download until the end of 2016, as far as I understand. So if some products are unavailable in your RDNA account it may either be an error (report it) or you have used up your download quota for those products (in that case just ask them to reset the files).
As for DAZ, the question is if all the products that are being transfered from RDNA also end up in the store as products you can purchase, or if some only are transfered to the user accounts because they don't want to sell them in the store.
Also, if you sort by Order # in the Account Manager all the RDNA products will end up at the bottom of the list with "null" as order #, as they have no DAZ order #. This way you can separate them from the DAZ products. Note that RDNA products purchased at DAZ after they have been transfered from RDNA will not be included, as they do have an order #.
BTW, the Account Manager will be updated later so it will get product picture and data from the Product Library in those cases where there is no product page available.
Hi Taozen! I'm not sure if this is the right thread to bring it up in, but what program(s) are out there, if any, that can combine/run/manually add to the databases from your programs? I've just hit that point where I simply have too much content to keep track of... over 6400 items just from DAZ, and nearly that many again from other stores... and I've yet to come across a program that lets me sort through all of those different databases quickly at one time. The best I've been able to do is collect page grabs of everything as MAAFs for Firefox and use DIM and the Rendo website to look things up by name, but what I'd really like is some kind of master spread sheet program that can ingest the data your programs create into a single common format, preferably one that can then be accessed by keywords. Does such a product actually exist?

Hello everyone, I have just recently purchased an item from RDNA and for some reason, I can't get it to download through DIM. I tried several times and I even upgraded to the newest version of DIM and still can't get it to download. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue today or anytime a new item was realeased on the day of introduction?

Is it not appearng in DIM, failing to download, or failing to install once downloaded? Have you tried downloading from your Product Library page and then manually placing the zip in the DIM Downloads folder?
It would be better if DAZ made one, yes. It would also be nice if they gave us dynamic hair and a viable dynamic clothes option, but.... Sorry.

My Account doesn't give me an opportunity to see the RDNA products. I do have several such products, but I find not a single Order with "null" as order#.
So it's up to gessing for me. Or tediously comparing every single item I bought at runtime. Quite frustrating.
It has first priority currently. It's been delayed further though because I've decided to make some improvements to the interface which will simplify things a lot. When that is done I'll probably make a commercial pre-release for those who can't wait for the final version. I'd prefer to wait but people are getting impatient...
