Are you a Daz Studio user? If so, you can add a smoothing modifier to Courageous to get rid of the peek-though issues.
I am aware that there is a smothing option in the list but not what it does or how to use it so I'll give it a try. Thanks!

has anyone else having a problem with foundation3d
Pages are loading and I can navigate around it. What issues are you having?
forgot username and password and everytime i request it never get a response
Haven't had an issue yet. No idea who to contact over there over it. Good luck!
The V3 morphs look good. However, I've now purchased the M4 Valiant and I'm still getting the .pmd file error on the security armour. Any thoughts? Should I ask Bluto direct?
Alternatively, if anybody has any screenshots of male and female securiry guards in action poses I could just steal those instead. :)
I think I was first to use Bluto's security armour in my Nova Trek story "An Empire to Build":

Security guards are scattered throughout the story.
That was awesome! Some nice fight shots of security guards. You're very skilled. Also noted some Mirror Rand shots in your back catalogue. I do love Rand. That was a missed opportunity and then some.
Yes it was. Mirror Rand- and Mirror Jan appear in a prose story I wrote for a Trek United Fanzine:

Fair warning. The book contains adult situations you won't find on TV or in the movies.
Yikes. I hope Rand isn't using full fat milk in the coffee.
I wouldn't complain about it to her if she did.
told ya madd
Not sure if you are aware of this but VanishingPoint is reworking all of their Star Trek sets to make them Studio compatable. PDSmith is creating 3 seperate iray shader sets for each set and VanishingPoint is reworking the doors so there will be no more issues with the doors stretching. The first set The Starhip bridge XT2 is out now with the rest to follow. I helped test the first one and they work perfectly in Studio.
Are these getting uploaded to that other site in case we bought some of them there?
They are being offered at VanishingPoint right now but I am under the impression they will be offered at both VP and Rendo as the sets are offered. If you go to them the updated promo images are really great and will show you what you are getting with the textures.
Cool. Thanks!
Just took a look and they're two separate products. Oh well.
You might talk to John at VP about that, I don't know if he plans on offering those that have already purchased the sets an upgrade or not.
I don't have the one that's been converted yet either way. My biggest concern would be the Yamoto bridge since I'll be using that one the most. Either way it's not a make or break. I've ben dealing with the weird doors in DAZ for a while now. I basically just hide them if I want the doors to be open and show them again for shut. If I was animating with it that'd be a bigger deal.
When I'm actually caught up on bills though that new conversion will be one of the first I pick up. :)
FYI..
Someone posted an STL model of a TNG Phaser Type 1 ("Cricket").

Vasquez Rocks... You know the place. Hollywood has filmed material there for nearly a century, but Trek fans know it best as the spot where James T. Kirk fought the Gorn, a bipedal, sapient reptilian with insectoid, faceted eyes. For those of us who would like to recreate or possibly reinterpret that famous encounter, we've had to make do with potographic backdrops. while that can work well for certain shots, it makes it hard to, oh, I don't know, perch Kirk upon the topmost peak, ready to tumble a boulder upon his adversary below.
Well, no longer are we limited in our staging. Someone named Laticis has actually modeled the iconic rock formation in digital format, saving it as a .OBJ file which most 3D rendering suites can import.

Laticis offers several other geological and mineral items like stone thrones, skull-like peaks, even the Dark Crystal from the Jim Henson movie!
One might consider adding this link to the first page list so it can be easily located.
Sincerely,
Bill
Wow. Ok that's just awesome.
After a long wait... a new pic... Recreating the fight scene from episode 3 (Second Pilot): "Where No Man Has Gone Before" (Title change to make it gender-neutal. There will be another pic so you can see Gari Michell's transformed eyes.)
Started work assembling and rendering the first issue of what'll end up being four total for the first story at around 30 pages each and a minimum of 122 pages. I did start writing another one and blocked out a bunch of ideas for quite a few more. I'll be honest, this is going to take me awhile ;)
You're off to a good start. Don't worry about the amount of time it'll take. Each Nova Trek took almost a year from final script to final render- and that was with all the stories already written out in long hand.
Just a little picture from my bridge. (model is Ptrope's!)
Looking good!
