Base shader / subsurface error

This morning I suddenly get this error whenever I load something in my scene. I changed nothing and this didn't occur yesterday. I re-installed my ubershaders and whatever else I could find to no avail. I've never seen this kind of error before and I am unable to point to a folder what is usually the case with this kind of errors. How to solve this? Thanks for your time in advance!

That means they are not showing up as installed to the Content Management System (Smart Content/Categories/Products). Are you able to see the files in Content Library>Products>D>Default resources? Does the Default Resources pack show as installed (colour icon, regardless of whether it has the Connect download icon at top right) or not (grey thumbnail)? Similarly for the AoA shader.
The default shaders don't look like they are installed, but they are. I changed absolutely nothing, I have no idea why this is happening. I closed down DS yesterday in a perfect working state, opened it up again today and now this is happening. Anyway, here's a screenshot :)
That's definitely a content path issue - please psot a screenshot of your Content Directory Manager showing the current paths (Edit>Preferences>Content Library Tab>Content Directory Manager button). Are you sure your content dierctories haven't been moved or renamed on disc?
