Tutorials on Controllers, Sub-Components, and Keys?

Hey guys,

I was curious if anyone knew of any in-depth tutorials on the wide range of uses for controllers, sub-components, and keys. They seem to be a very powerful capability of Daz, but I can't seem to find any substantial documentation online.
