Dynamic clothes exploding

I have been using some of the Dynamic Clothing freebies, and they work great. This last animation, however, I've had some problems with them. I don't have screenshots at this time, though if needed I can try and get some.

Everything looks perfect from frame 0 through frame 90

Once it hits frame 90 the dress gets "stuck" to a point on the characters leg.
Then it seems to stretch more and more until frame 100, where it just seems to explode.

Any ideas?
